#turkishbread stuffed chicken bread FOLLOW ➡️ @seasonalshomemade Ingredients: Dough preparation: Plain flour 4-1/2 cups Egg 1 Salt 1 tsp Sugar 3 tsp Olive oil 70 ml Butter 80 Gm Dry yeast 1 tsp In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and knead well to form a firm dough. Once done cover with a damp cloth and rest the dough for half an hour Filling preparation: Boneless chicken 500 Gm Garlic 2 tsp Red chilli 1 tsp Green chilli 1tsp Red chilli sauce 2 tsp Salt according to taste Mozzarella cheese 200 Gm Heat a skillet on medium heat with oil, add chopped garlic , chicken , chillies , sauce , salt to taste and saute till it softens. Keep it aside . Finals process Divide the dough the into 4 equal portions. Take one portion and flatten it on the rolling surface, dust it with some flour and roll it flat to thin  circle. Add the chicken stuffing on the dough sheet add cheese over chicken ,Put the another sheet over chicken and cheese and seal it . Cut half stuffed bread into 6 slice n rest for another 20 min . In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and egg yolk. Using a pastry brush, coat the top of the loaves generously with the yogurt-egg mixture.
 Sprinkle the sesame and nigella seeds evenly over the tops. Bake in a heated oven at 430 F/225 C oven I have used Electronic tandoor to consume time. CASTELLA CAKE (Japanese Cotton Soft Sponge) 💜💙 FOLLOW➡️ @seasonalshomemade  Ingredients : • maida/all purpose flour - 1/2 cup [60g] • corn flour -2tbs[20g] • sugar - 5 tbs [90g] • eggs - 4 ( cold eggs ) • milk -3tbs • veg.oil -3tbs • lemon juice -  1 tsp • vanilla essence - 2 tsp • a pinch of salt  Method  Prepare tin • line a 6 inch cake tin with baking paper and keep aside ( no need to grease the tin )  Prepare batter • mix together maida and corn flour and set aside • separate egg yolk from the white • into the egg yolks add 3tbs sugar, milk,oil and vanilla essence • mix well • sift in the maida - corn flour mix in three batches • combine well and set aside • beat the egg white for a minute • add lemon juice, salt and remaining sugar in batches • beat till stiff peak forms • mix this with the yolk mixture gently(fold the egg whites very gently into batter) • pour this batter into the prepared tin and tap 3-4 times  Baking • place this in a large tin  • pour hot water into the large tin ( water bath is very important for this cake ) • bake this in a preheat oven at 155 degree Celsius for 90minutes ( 180degree Celsius for 45 min ) • after  90minutes turn off the oven and let the cake sit in the oven for 5 minutes more; a sudden varation in temperture can cause a considerable shrinkage in size • take the cake from the oven after 5 minutes • remove the cake immediately from the tin and allow this to cool completely • cut, serve and enjoy • Notice ( baking time may vary depending on the oven or microwave ) • use clean and dry bowl and beaters to whip the egg white. . . . . . . #seasonalshomemade #yummy #homemade #cottonsoftspongecake #love #homemade #instapic #picoftheday #food #foodporn #desserts #japanesefood #japanesespongecake #castellacake . Heat a pan in medium heat ,add 1 Tbsp olive oil /butter add sliced garlic and Unpeeled baby potatoes in the pan , cut-side-down in one layer. Cook uncovered and undisturbed for 5 minutes or until golden brown crust forms on the bottoms. 2. Turn baby potatoes then cover and cook another 5 minutes or until golden brown . 3 . Add capsicum and sauté for one min 4 . #pumpkinmarmalade ... an excuse to eat desserts for breakfast. Follow➡️ @seasonalshomemade INGREDIENTS 4 Tablespoons pickling lime mixed into 8 cups of water 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of peeled pumpkin, cut 1 inch in size 1½ liters (6½ cups) water 1½ kg (6 cups) of sugar 1 cinnamon stick 6-8 whole cloves INSTRUCTIONS 1. Peel and cut pumpkin into 1 inch sized pieces. 2. Gently mix the pickling lime powder into 8 cups of water in a glass bowl. Put the sliced pumpkin into this solution and put a small plate over the pumpkin to submerge. Set this bowl aside for 6-8 hours. 3. After soaking in the pickling lime solution, remove the pumpkin and submerge and rinse in fresh water. Do this 3 times, changing the water each time, to ensure that all the calcium hydroxide has been removed. Drain the pumpkin and set aside. 4. Make your syrup by boiling the liter of water, 1 kg of sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a large pot. Bring it to a boil. Put the pumpkin slices in the syrup and return to a boil. 5. When the pumpkins in syrup come to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 2 hours and 15 minutes. It sounds like a long time but you only need to stir it every 30 minutes or so. 6. After simmering the whole time, the pumpkin preserves can now be carefully spooned into glass jars. Maqlooba Arabian rice - means flipped onto a serving dish. Ingredients : 500 gm Basmati rice Water (As Needed to soak the rice) 2 TSP Cooking oil 1 Bell pepper(yellow, green, red) 1 Onion 2 Brinjals 10 gm Cauliflower 3 tomatoes 1 TSP Cooking Oil 4 TBSP Tomato Paste 1 Cup Water 1 TSP Salt 1 TBSP Black pepper Powder 1 TBSP Cooking Oil 1 Onion (Cube Cutting) 1 Green Capsicum 1 KG Chicken Salt (As Needed to cook the chicken) 1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TSP Coriander Powder 1 TBSP Cumin Powder Water (As Needed to cook chicken) 10 gm Green Onion 1 TSP turmeric Powder Instructions for Arabian Maqluba: 1. Add water & Basmati Rice in bowl. Then soak these rice for 20-25 minutes 2. Add 2 TSP cooking oil in a pan. Also add bell pepper (yellow+ Red+ Green) & fry (Sauté) it for 2-3 minutes. Now repeat this process for onions, Brinjal, Cauliflower, & Tomatoes as well. 3. Take another pan, add 1 TSP cooking oil, tomato paste, water(1 cup), salt (1 TSP), Black pepper powder, & cook for 4-5 minutes 4. In next step, add 1 TBSP cooking oil in a in a pan & fry onions, bell pepper, chicken then add salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, & cook until tender by adding water 5. After cooking well, separate the chicken, and add Guard Basmati Rice in remaining mixture. Add spring onions & steam for 10-15 minutes 6. divide cooked rice in two bowls equally. In one bowl add turmeric powder in rice & mix. Add tomato paste in another bowl of rice & mix 7. Take another round shaped bowl (a bowl having same length and width from top to bottom). Place fried brinjal, onions, cauliflower, tomatoes, bell pepper (yellow, Red), chicken in this bowl. Then add rice (which is mixed with tomato paste). Now repeat this process for making another layer with rice (which are mixed with turmeric powder) 8. Cover the bowl with Aluminum Sheet, keep this bowl in a steamer and simmer for 5 minutes 9. Now invert this bowl in a round shape brass dinner plate 10. Cocoa chocolate fudge , super moist and airy cake Follow ➡️ @seasonalshomemade Ingredients: cup all purpose flour 1/4 salt 6 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 TPS vanilla essence 2 TPS coco powder Ingredients for icing 3 cups milk 3 TPS flour 1 TPS starch 3 TPS sugar 200 ml fresh cream 1 TPS vanilla essence Coco powder Cake syrup -1.50 cups milk ... 1 cup condensed milk ...1/3 whole milk combining flour, baking powder ,coco powder ,and salt in a large bowl.  Separate the eggs and add sugar to the egg yolks.  Mix well and vanilla to the same bowl.  Pour the egg yolk mixture over the flour mixture and stir to combine.  Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl and beat to stiff peaks.  Fold the egg whites into the batter and fold in to combine.  Smooth the mixture into your 9×13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Pour milk syrup on warm cake CAKE ICING In a sauce pan add flour , starch and sugar together for cream . They are one of the common foods in China and other parts of East Asia. Ingredients Dough 1 kg plain flour, plus extra for kneading 2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp vegetable oil 500 ml ( 2 cups) water, approximately Filling • 2large onions, chopped • 1 kg chicken keema OR • (gandana, leeks or chives, washed and finely chopped) FOR VEGETARIANS • 4garlic cloves, chopped • 2medium red chillies, chopped • 1 tbspsalt • 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water • 250 fresh coriander • Salt according to taste • Red chilli powder • Black pepper • TOPPINGS 
• hung yoghurt •fresh tomatoes sauce •green chilli paste •dried mint in oil •lemon •chopped onion •kidney beans •pomegranates (optional) INSTRUCTION filling and chilling freezing To make the dough, place the flour, salt and oil in a large bowl and gradually add the water until a firm dough forms. (You may not need all of the water.) Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 8–10 minutes, or until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Divide the dough into eight pieces and roll each into a ball on a lightly floured work surface. Working with one ball at a time, and keeping the others covered with a cloth to prevent drying out, roll balls into 20 cm circles, then cut in half. Using a pasta machine on the widest setting, roll out dough, lightly dusting with flour when necessary to prevent sticking. Reduce setting on machine and pass through dough again, repeating until dough is about 2 mm thick. Cut into 3 cm squares. Place 1 tsp of the chicken keema (gandana ,leeks or coriander mixture-for VEGETARIANS) in centre of a square. Moisten edges with a little water and press edges together to seal. Place on a tray lined with a tea towel. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
