Homemade Cough Syrup

Ingredients:

honey — Bee Free Honee (vegan) HERE

citrus — lemons (Organic and washed)

herbs — fresh rosemary & peppermint

spices — ginger (fresh or dried/ground), whole cloves, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom

Instructions:

Slice the lemons into rounds and quarter them

Stack and mix the ingredients in a glass jar
