Late with a Starbucks
See, waking up as Jin Guangyao might not have been so bad. She could've changed so much, she could've completely altered the direction of his life! But here she found herself, married, with a child on the way, about to be elected Chief Cultivator, and with Nie Huaisang visiting regularly to drown her in crocodile tears and heaps of anxiety: The Nightmare Scenario.
Transmigrator is officially fucking terrified of NHS as she scrambles to free WN, fix a bunch of shit, get divorced, NOT get elected as Chief Cultivator (she barely even knows how to be a sect leader!) and deal with gender fuckery.
NHS clocks her immediately of course, but, eh... he's willing to see this absolute disaster of a human being run around like a headless chicken for a bit until he figures out what to do about his revenge.
Can't say no to free entertainment.

he’s baby, your honor
A few months after the war, Wei Wuxian is hit by an odd curse. It turns him, physically, into a toddler, but his memories and experiences and scars are still perfectly preserved. He’s just tiny now. And adorable. And unable to process Big Feelings. And lacking a filter. Oops, there go all his secrets.
Oh no! All the war trauma! The burial mounds trauma! The feelings are too big! Little a-Ying must cry!
Oh look! It's the pretty Lan Zhan! He's too pretty to be real! He must marry a-Ying!
Oh no! The medics want an explanation for his missing core! ...he can probably cry his way out of this one, right?
(JYL thrives, JC struggles between homicidal rage and reluctant affection. LWJ bluescreens. LXC prepares for marriage talks. WWX will never live this down.)

Wish Granted
“What do these young masters want in the home of the Yiling Patriarch, hm?” the sinister shadow of a man asked coldly, and quite promptly, Lan Sizhui came to three consecutive realizations:
1. They were in the Burial Mounds.
2. They were faced by a powerful demonic cultivator claiming to be a man long dead.
3. Their huffy Jin companion looked three seconds away from committing unspeakable violence.
Due to some miscalculations, the night hunt at Dafan mountain takes place before WWX's planned resurrection, but the corpse arm is still involved. An unfortunately timed wish lands the four juniors who've just about met a good 14 years in the past, right in the Burial Mounds populated by the Wen remnants.
Inbetween getting to know each other and uncovering truths that their parents' generation had long since buried, they slowly come to the realization that the dreaded Yiling Patriarch might not be quite what the stories painted him as. They'll need his help if they want to get back to their time (if that's even possible) as well as survive the horrific nightmare that the goddess statue has become.

For Want of A Library Card
Wei Wuxian accidentally stumbles upon the advanced talismanry section of the Lan sect's Library Pavilion. A section whose access is restricted to clan members. His impulsive teenage brain immediately decides to marry a Lan about it.
If they're only available for members of the clan, not even outer disciples... then obviously he must get married to a lan! this makes absolute sense in his head and he will surely not regret this entire ordeal the moment he spares a second to actually think it through.
(in which LXC and NHS conspire, LWJ experiences the curse of jealousy, and WWX doesn't actually know how courting works)

Nightingale
Jiang Fengmian is widely envied for many things, but the ones that most come to mind are: his good fortune, his amazing negotiation skills, and the talented songbird he keeps by his side; Wei Wuxian, a boy of little prowess but an incredible gift for the flute. These three things are, to an outside observer, entirely unrelated.
WWX figures out early on that he's suited for musical cultivation with the dizi. in fact, he's even able to subtly influence those who hear his music. he's kept fairly powerless but talented as a weapon in JFM's arsenal.

Usurped
Yu Ziyuan has no children of her own when her husband brings the son of a servant into her home, and thus she is forced to take him in and shape him into the perfect heir for the Jiang clan. Right up until the heavens grant her a pair of twins.
WWX is raised as the prospective Jiang her, trained by JFM and YZY through her (verbally and physically) obvious disapproval. When he's about 11, JC and JYL are born as twins, and although he's been raised to rule the Jiang, WWX still cedes (taking care of affairs even during the war as a mere regent, despite the fact that neither JC nor JYL ever waned to be clan head). This all, on top of putting his little sblings' safety above his own at all times, does a number on his self-worth and mental stability. LWJ watches this all happen in distress.

Night Mooring
The moon sets and crows caw as frost fills the atmosphere. Precisely at midnight in a dungeon in Lanling, Lan Wangji, the dreaded Yiling Patriarch, rises from the dead.
While recovering from the giant murder turtle, a feverish WWX rambles on about his theories on manipulation of resentful energy to LW. When theyre rescued by the Jiang, WC intercepts them and manages to catch LWJ, dropping him into the burial mounds a full two months earlier than he'd have dropped WWX.
After the massacre of Lots Pier, WWX does not let JC escape, and WLJ ends up asking WC to drop Yu-furens corpse in the BM as well to disgrace her (her deeply resentful corpse is near conscious and offers up he guts for LWJ to fashion a rustic guqin out of, with which he implements om f WWX theories and escapes).
LWJ is a much quieter Yiling Patriarch. He uses ghosts a lot more than corpses, having them harm and possess the enemy. His is not the story of an underdog rising due to power, but of a noble clan's dirty little secret. Isolated, mute, an wandering th jianghu until he saves the Wen remnants, he's simply waiting to die by the end.
It's not NHS that has him revived through MXY, but Su She, at JGYs behest, using one of his on sect members (it does not go the way they planned).

Red Shirt Disciple's Self-Saving Cultivation
Gongyi Xiao died with plenty of regrets, wishing he could’ve done more. Now in the body of Wen Xiao, recently adopted political tool and all around scum of the earth, he thinks he’d rather go back to being peacefully dead after all.
Look. Look. Listen. This was meant to be gongyi xiao/wen ning, the ship is called DeservedBetter and they would be so good for each other please im begging you theyre so cute.
Ahem. Anyway yeah, GYX is now a recently "adopted" scion of an annexed clan, eventually decides he doesn't like the wens all that much (except for WQ and WN, theyre ok) and proceeds to sabotage the war as much as possible.
Also sm smth theres a rift to SVSSS in the burial mounds (if GYX and LBH see each other again it might lead to murder, yay!)
