;-- update for anyone who cares : so i dropped off my parents at the bus stop for their month long + vacation today which means that I am now the one in charge of their property. sounds easy, right? well, it could be but i have extra responsibilities than the ones i already have and the biggest one i have is being the temporary landlord for my dad’s property. i have to make sure everything concerning the place is taken care of from receiving payments from everyone living in the building to make sure the outside chores are done by me and keep the property nice and tidy. i have a whole lot of list of other things im going to be have to do for a month or perhaps even two or more. this meaning that im not too sure if i will be able to do replies as often as i had wanted (not that ive been doing them at a good time kek) but ye now i have a whole lot of other stuff on my shoulders so my semi hiatus will last a little longer than planned.
