Burrito night!!

I make my burritos on the stove top with Spanish rice. Follow the recipe for the burrito filling below & wrap in up in a tortilla with your favorite toppings. Personally I like to use the restaurant style Old El Paso tortillas & use Mexican blend cheese and sour cream.

I also put the rice inside of my burrito. You can use whatever brand & style spanish or Mexican rice you like 😍 you can also do homemade, but since I also did desert tonight, I didn't have time for that 😂

Recipe for burrito filling:

-2 pounds ground beef

-1/2 cup taco seasoning

-1 large can refried beans

-2 cans of rotel (I like to use 1 can of original & 1 can of hot to give it some spice)

-1 small can black olives

-Brown 2 pounds of ground beef & drain

-add 1/2 cup of taco seasoning, refried beans, black olives, rotel, and meat in skillet and mix together

-stir frequently for 15-20 minutes over low to medium heat

I love to use my red copper skillet & pots for everything. The rice won't stick to the bottom of these pots & they are so easy to clean!
