Today’s workout. (This program: shrsl.com/1owk8) Holy 🐄 🐮. Pouring sweat. This is just the body weight exercises. Started with a one mile run and ended with 10 minutes stretching. I think I’m smitten 🥰. Had to modify the push-ups and did ab mat sit-ups. Now in serious need for some rehydration...
