Eating disorders are not a sign of weakness – they are the expression of a deep longing.
A longing for abundance. For safety. For connection.
I wish every person affected could understand that eating disorders and disordered eating have far more to do with caring for the soul than they ever had to do with food. With emotional fullness and emotional emptiness. With emotional satisfaction. With emotional permission. With the need to be allowed to feel.
At first, it's important to find and practice healthier ways of coping. But true healing begins when we learn to make space – for the emptiness and for the fullness. When we allow ourselves to hold and explore our emotions. When we start to recognize emotional blockages, and gently begin to dissolve or transform them.
It’s about learning how to feel ourselves again – beneath the noise of thoughts, beneath the fear, beneath the need to stay in control. It’s about slowly, tenderly, and maybe for the very first time, nourishing ourselves – not just through eating, overeating or not eating, but through closeness, self-compassion, authentic expression, and real connection: to ourselves, to others, to nature, to life itself, to the universe.
Who am I when I choose to nourish myself – not just physically, but emotionally? And am I ready to give myself what I’ve been longing for all along? Can I allow it?

What Freedom Really Means
Freedom is not, as many believe, the absence of obligations or responsibilities. Quite the opposite—freedom means taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It is this responsibility that gives us the power to shape our lives instead of merely reacting to them.
You have the freedom, in every single moment, to step out of victimhood.
Freedom also means surrendering to change—the ability to believe that anything is possible at any time. By remaining adaptable and open, we experience the vastness of true freedom. And I’m not just talking about major life events like breakups, losses, or moving to a new place. I mean the small shifts—new ideas, everyday realizations, changes in your mood or the moods of others, the release of expectations.
You have the freedom, every second, to shift your focus.
You have the freedom, every second, to adopt a new perspective.
Freedom is the ability to let go of resistance. When we learn to recognize and release resistance—whether toward thoughts, emotions, or external circumstances—we reach a state of acceptance, and within it, true freedom.
But be careful: Letting go of resistance does not mean suppressing or ignoring emotions. It means giving them space, allowing them to be felt, and then letting them pass. You are allowed to be sad, angry, or frustrated. You are allowed to have expectations.
But how quickly can you let it all go?
That is directly connected to how quickly you can release resistance.
Resistance toward a thought makes it persist.
Resistance toward an emotion makes it intensify.
Resistance toward external circumstances won’t change them—instead, it will create thoughts and feelings you perceive as negative, and, worst of all, you may meet those with even more resistance, keeping yourself trapped in the cycle.
So, the key is awareness.
First, become aware of your resistance. Then, of the automatic cognitive patterns creating it. Freedom requires a certain level of consciousness—once we see our automatic responses clearly, we can begin to question them. We can shift our perspective—and that is what truly sets us free.
Acceptance of what is, without resistance, is the key to freedom.
True freedom exists only in the here and now. It is deeply tied to our ability to live in the present and detach from the illusion that we will somehow be more free in the future.
Because every single second gives us the chance to change our perception and make a new choice.

Stop being realistic. Your reality is an illusion.
Reality is nothing more than the meaning you assign to each moment — only for it to slip into the past within the blink of an eye. And the past? It doesn’t truly exist.
Your reality is yours to create. What feels right, what you choose to make real, is entirely up to you. In my view, personal truth is found in the connection to yourself — by listening, deeply, to your intuition and gut feeling in every situation. You already know what resonates within you and what doesn’t. Deep down, you know exactly what’s good for you, what brings you joy, and where your energy belongs.
Be bold enough to question the reality you’ve been given. Play with it. Every day, do something small that feels unusual, something you once thought you couldn’t do.
Step beyond the world you think you live in. Break free from the patterns that keep your mind confined.
You are here to experience yourself in your full individuality.
Truth reveals itself most clearly through feeling. You feel when something resonates, when it aligns with your essence. But for that, you must allow yourself to feel — fully, without resistance. Only then can you truly connect with yourself.

If someone were to ask me to wrap up the art of living…
✹ Letting go of resistance and surrendering to transformation — so freedom may unfold and new perspectives emerge.
✹ Remaining soft and gentle — to keep the heart wide open.
✹ Being humble enough — to forget oneself at times and trust in life may grow.
✹ Feeling deeply, drawing shadows into the light — so they lose their hold, their weight, their, their power.
✹ Seeking stillness and carving space for feeling—so peace may settle in.
✹ Truly empathizing — not just in thought, but in soul — so one may become a light for others.
✹ Laughing and dancing — to meet life’s gravity with humor, ease and grace.

Meeting the weight of being human with the simplicity of trust.
Soften, sense, trust.
I know nothing. Only that I know nothing. But I believe in something—
that it’s all about feeling.
I am allowed to stop fighting and surrender to the feeling with trust.
Zoom out objectively. Feel subjectively. After all, I am here as a human.
— That is what eclipses within seek to awaken.
