Confession: I have no idea how to paint. I think this is the first time I've done it since 3rd grade art class. But yesterday I went out and bought a small easel and brushes and a whole pack of acrylic paints.... And then I sat my ass down and painted this. Because the thing is... I have a pesky little habit of never doing anything I think I'll be terrible at. Maybe I'm a perfectionist, maybe I'm too "Type A"... I don't know. But I do know, it's okay to be bad at things. It's okay to push out of your comfort zone and try something different, even if you totally suck. Hell... You might even enjoy it. Go find something you think you'll suck at.
