We have a new spring RECIPE for our Paper Loaf Pans: Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble! You can even make two-one for you and one for a friend since you don't have to worry about getting any pans back! Enjoy!! Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Ingredients 1 stem rhubarb 16oz strawberries Juice of one lemon 1 tbsp granulated sugar ½ cup flour ½ cup brown sugar ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp salt 6 tbsp unsalted butter softened   Directions 1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2.Slice the stem of rhubarb in half lengthwise, then slice across into small pieces.  Core the strawberries and quarter.  Place the sliced fruit in an If You Care Paper Loaf Pan and squeeze the lemon juice to coat, then sprinkle sugar on top and allow to sit. 3.In a medium bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, salt and butter. To create the crumble mixture, use a pastry pastry blender, knives, or even your hands, incorporate all ingredients into the butter to create large crumbs. 4.Top the fruit with the crumble mixture, then place in the oven to bake for 30-35 min. 5.Let cool for about 5 minutes and serve.

Missing the weekend? Why not bring a little brunch into your weekday? We cooked up some no-mess bacon in the oven using a sheet of our Parchment Paper. Here's the recipe: 1. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet. 2. Simply lay out uncooked bacon on the If You Care Parchment Paper and place in a cold oven. 3. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and place the pan on the lowest rack. 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until desires crispness. 5. When finished, remove the pan and place cooked bacon on a paper towel lined plate, then enjoy!

If You Care's Easy Lasagna
If You Care's Easy Lasagna Fills about three If You Care Paper Loaf Baking Pans INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 medium yellow onion finely chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic finely minced   1 28oz can crushed tomatoes 1 8oz can tomato sauce 1 6oz can tomato paste 2  tsp coarse sea salt ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano 1 ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning ¼ cup fresh basil leaves Lasagna Noodles 15 oz container ricotta cheese 1 egg   2 cups mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese DIRECTIONS In a large pot, add olive oil, ground beef, onion and garlic and cook over medium/high heat until beef is browned and onions are soft and translucent.  Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste, then add ½ cup water and stir until incorporated.   Season with 1tsp coarse sea salt, pepper, fresh oregano, ½ tsp Italian seasoning and basil.  Cover, then leave to simmer for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, in a large pot of water with 1 tsp coarse sea salt, boil lasagna noodles for 8 minutes.  Drain, then cool with cold water, drain and dry.   In a medium bowl, whisk together ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning and salt until fully mixed. Assemble the lasagna in the following layers: 1.Sauce 2.Two lasagna noodles (folded over as necessary) 3.Ricotta mixture 4.Mozzarella 5.top with parmesan.   Continue to layer until the baking pan is full.  And top with extra mozzarella and parmesan.   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.   Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese has bubbled and slightly browned.

Our turnip chips are finally done! We added a little extra #labaleine sea salt and some parsley for a little green in celebration of St. Patrick's Day check out the recipe below: Ingredients: 1 turnip Extra Virgin Olive Oil drizzled 1/4 tsp La Baleine Coarse Sea Salt Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cut off the ends of the turnip and slice about 1/4 inch thick with a mandolin. 3. Place the slices on a sheet of If You Care unbleached Parchment Paper on top of a baking sheet. 4. Drizzle olive oil on sliced turnips and sprinkle with sea salt. 5. Bake for 12 minutes, then remove and turn turnips onto the other side and bake for another 12 minutes or until they are crisp and brown, almost burned. 6. Remove turnips and combine with your choice of herbs or seasoning.
