You know how FUCKING bad it is when...
You want to legitimately kill yourself after a binge.
You've lost faith in your God.
You would rather be raped again than gain even another milligram.
You would love to have your family be concerned about how skinny you've become.
You want your boyfriend to look at your bones and ask "why do you do this to yourself?"
You want to tell everyone how much it hurts, and that this is the only way to deal with your problems without bothering other fucking people.

It doesn’t happen like that. You don’t just wake up one day and find that everything has worked itself out. You must get out of bed, morning after morning, and make a conscious effort to control the circumstances of that given day. You must learn to handle your issues with grace because you respect what they are attempting to teach you. You must drown your insecurities slowly, one self-realization at a time. You must allow yourself to feel the fear bubbling just beneath your skin but you must never allow it the satisfaction of crippling you; grit your teeth and march on. You see, they never tell you how hard these things will be. This fight to reclaim yourself is not easy or straightforward but, my god, is it necessary.

We’re couch surffing and we ended up at my boyfriend’s grandparents for a bit, sadly we cant stay here and theyre also tight on money so we’re spending what little money we have left on food.
We have until the end of the month until we will have out-stayed our welcome at all of our couch surffing options.
Please guys, if anyone has anything you can spare… my health is so bad that I wont survive being on the street in winter.

Low Carb Keto Bagels
I’ve been on a ketogenic diet for a month with a few of my friends, and I’ve really enjoyed trying out new low carb versions of some of my favorite foods. One of the things I’ve missed the most is bread, specifically bagels! With this low carb recipe, each bagel is will net about 3-4 carbs and 1-2 grams of sugar. Enjoy!
Other Recipes: Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese / Buffalo Chicken Wings / Frisco Melt / Jam Thumbprint Cookies / Kissimmee Chili / Oreo Cake / Pepperoni Pizza / Pineapple Upside-Down Cake / Pork Chops with Bacon Onion Jam and Alfredo Potatoes / Pork Lettuce Wraps / Red Velvet Cake / Shrimp Hibachi / Sour Cream Enchiladas / Sukiyaki Hot Pot / White Pizza
Ingredients
½ cup coconut flour  2 tablespoons baking powder  can be cut in half to reduce sodium, but will result in flatter bagels 250 grams 2-½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese  2 oz cream cheese  3 large eggs beaten  2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Mix coconut flour and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside.  3. Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in microwave on high power for one minute. Stir. Place back in microwave on high for another minute. Stir.  4. Add in beaten eggs, melted butter, and coconut flour mixture and stir with a silicon spatula until a sticky dough forms.  5. Divide dough into 6 to 9 pieces and roll out each piece to form a bagel shape. Place bagels on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or in a silicon donut pan.  6. Bake at 400°F for about 12-16 minutes or until lightly browned. 7. Let cool before storing.

I'm doing a 4-6 minute speech on anorexia and its impacts and I would appreciate some personal details of what your experience was like. Peanut Butter Banana Coconut Almond BREAD 🍞 🍌🥜🤤
A sweet gooey and nutty loaf where the only seeetener is banana and maple syrup 😋
Ingredients -
3 eggs
2 bananas
¼ peanut butter or Almond butter
3 tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup
2 cups Almond flour or whole wheat flour
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut shreds
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (any type works! I used minis once and it was amazing!)
Preheat oven to 350F

Honestly, this is yet another excuse for humans to give to themselves.

Even if a person is actively choosing to self-sabotage, there’s a reason for it — some fear they’re working through, some need not being met, a lack of self-esteem being expressed. People do not choose to fail or disappoint. No one wants to feel incapable, apathetic, or ineffective. If you look at a person’s action (or inaction) and see only laziness, you are missing key details. There is always an explanation. There are always barriers. Just because you can’t see them, or don’t view them as legitimate, doesn’t mean they’re not there. Look harder. Maybe you weren’t always able to look at human behavior this way. That’s okay. Now you are. Give it a try.”

The Nuckelavee is a horse-like creature found in Scotland. The Nuckelavee is described as a human torso attached to the back of a horse and the Nuckelavee is skinless revealing its muscle and some bones and it has sharp claws for attacking people. The word Nuckelavee means “Devil of the sea” and it is said that when the natives said the Nuckelavee’s name they said a prayer in order to protect themselves from it. It is said that the Nuckelavee is said to have yellow veins that have black blood flowing through them and in some accounts Nuckelavee has one eye. The breath of the Nuckelavee  is said to wilt crops and make livestock very sick and people blamed it for famine and illness.

The Boo Hag is a vampire-like creature found in South Carolina. The Boo Hag is described as a humanoid that was capable of taking it’s skin off revealing it’s muscle. The Boo Hag is said to steal air from people instead of drinking blood mostly from sleeping people by pressing on their chest. Sometimes it is that the Boo Hag is said to steal its victims skin since it doesn’t have any of its own and wears it like a costume.

The Gashadokuro is a giant 15 foot tall skeleton Yokai found in Japan. The Gashadokuro is said to be a spirit of a dead human who’s body is made up of collected bones from people who died of war or hunger and were never buried. The Gashadokuro hunts people who are alone on dark nights and bites the heads off of it’s victims and drinks their blood like a soda. You can tell when a Gashadokuro is near because you’ll hear a ringing in your ears however there is little you can do as they are indestructible and they can  only be warded off by Shinto charms.
