eat smaller portion of dinner
drink 2L of water a day
workout atleast 1 hour a day
get 5000-1K steps in

Does anyone have any pr0@na books or generally any books about 3d that you can recommend? I'm currently reading Wintergirls and I'm almost finished and need new books!

For those of you interested, I think Wintergirls is really good. It started off kind of slow but now I can't seem to put it down. It's relatable- from self image to dealing with 3d around family and friends. There are some very descriptive sections about $H so if you're actively struggling with that as well I'd be careful.
