Injustice year four but Billy wasn't there prior. Instead he is the recently appointed champion of magic/god of magic/god of gods. Year four is basically spent on everyone scrambling to grab Billy the fastest.

Where stuff gets interesting is how Billy is the champion. Going for a Canon compliant Billy would just follow typical canon after year four, with the only change being him beating all the gods.

If we went for one like Billy was raised in the rock or was born from the rocks magic, we could have a superman projecting jon onto Billy story. The angst.... (Ignore how dc already did this with Jon)

But it would be different! Because Billy, being a orphan kid who grew up in a possibly sentient(?) magical rock would be like "free dad? Score!" And at first ignores the whole tyrant thing.

This is mainly just my excuse to have injustice superman adopt billy. I still complain about his ending😭

The wizard screws over the spell. now we have a ancient omnipotent magical being trapped in a ten year old orphan's body. And said ten year old orphan in said ancient omnipotent magical being's body.
