James Sunderland & Mary/Maria from Silent Hill 2
I originally made the half Mary-half Maria costume for Katsucon 2007 and had a ball in it, but had a lot more fun when I was able to fix a lot of it up and wear it to Katsucon 2012 with Nate as James!
We're currently working on remake versions of costumes - I'm hoping to make separate Mary & Maria remake costumes as well as another half-and-half costume! :D
We love this game (and the remake) so much. So so much.
(Also, bless the Gaylord National for having that empty boat picture in their hotel rooms. <33333333)

I made a place to put all my Silent Hill stuff! :D
(I'll still be putting SH stuff here too at points, no worries, but I wanted a place to share my latest screencaps + a bunch of other SH stuff I've created over time~)
Hello! I have been a fan of the Silent Hill series for a Very Long Time and figured I needed a place to share all my creations relating to it from over the years. The remake has reignited the passion I had for it that took a backseat to life being pretty unfun sometime after Downpour's release.
( Also, I've been messing around taking shots in the SH2 remake and wanted a place to share those as well! ;) )
So I created this blog for all my SH images, creations, theories, weird things I made decades ago that might still be living on my hard drive, and favorite posts/reblogs others have made -- basically a place to collect it all and have it as sort of a museum.
A personal Silent Hill Historical Society, if you will, lololololol~

Boss/Matt Miller & Kinzie Kensington from Saints Row IV
We wore the Boss & Kinzie outfits from the Saints Row IV teaser image to PAX East 2013 originally and had an absolute blast in them and after that, Heather did a couple of other Kinzie costumes in the same vein - her cabinet portrait and the press conference outfit, while Nate also did Matt’s cabinet portrait outfit as well!
Later that summer we were joined by Bria in D.C. to take some fancy presidential shots while the Washington Monument was getting some work done~ just pretend Zinyak did something to it and it was getting fixed. ;D
(Also, one of the photos features the Saints flag we sewed from scratch that had people on Facebook go off about us desecrating a flag when it’s the most lopsided set of stripes we’ve ever put together and not even the colors of a normal flag!!!!!)

a thing that i have realized lately is that, like, kylo ren just doesn’t work on me. i just don’t get it. i see all these people being fascinated with his character, and saying adam driver is doing such phenomenal work, and that he eludes this complex air of sexy fascinating anguished darkness or what have you, and i just don’t get it. i don’t see it. i feel like it’s an episode of arrested development and i’m michael bluth saying “her?” on an endless loop. it’s not that i just hate kylo and all he does and stands for! (though i do, i really do!) even beyond that, he’s just so … meh. so underwhelming. so bland. so utterly nothing to me. what is the rest of the world seeing that i just do not see??? what is it??????????
