One of the most common chronic skin conditions in the world is acne. 9.4% of people worldwide experience it at some point throughout their lives. When your pores get blocked with oil and dead skin cells, pimple-like bumps called acne (also known as acne vulgaris) appear on your skin.
Even though acne doesn’t cause a serious risk to your overall health, it can, however, be painful, especially if your acne is severe. If not treated on time, acne scars could develop over time.
Acne is most likely to appear when you are a teenager. Your body goes through a lot of hormonal changes during this time. These changes may cause an increase in oil production and your risk of developing acne rises. When you reach maturity, hormonal acne caused by puberty typically gets better, and your breakouts may even entirely stop.

The threat and occurrence of heart attack is common among elderly people. However, the medical evidence shows that the prevalence of heart attacks among younger people has increased over the past few years.
Myocardial infarction is commonly known as a heart attack. It is a very serious disease brought on by the heart muscle’s lack of blood supply. Although there are several potential causes, a blockage in one or more of your heart’s arteries is the most common one.
Heart attack, cardiac arrest, and other cardiovascular disorders have remained a major global health concern, but it has only lately been more common to detect and report cardiovascular issues in the younger population.
Although physicians and other medical professionals haven’t yet come up with a definitive explanation for these incidents, they have identified a few potential contributing elements.
According to a survey, one out of every five heart attack patients is younger than 40 years of age

It is high time that we ask ourselves this question. India has an estimated death toll of 1.2 million people yearly due to air pollution. As per WHO, India has the world’s highest death rate resulting from asthma and chronic respiratory diseases. In Delhi, poor quality air damages the lungs of 50% of all children.
Delhi’s air pollution level has hit a new high this winter, leaving its people grasping for breath. The city is believed to have the worst air quality. Levels of PM 2.5 and PM 10 particulate matter hit 999 micrograms per cubic meter, while the safe limits for those pollutants are 60 and 100 respectively. Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) said the smog on November 6 that converted Delhi into a gas chamber, was worse than the great London smog of 1952 which had caused around 4,000 premature deaths.
