I’ve have had an eating disorder for such a long time now on and off. I don’t know what it is like not having disordered thoughts. It makes me think, will I still have these feelings and thoughts in my 50s? 60s? Will this one day be a distant memory? Or will I die having an eating disorder? Late night thoughts.

I will share with you guys my 3d plan for the week, and if you want you can get inspired! So it goes:
⭐️ 96 pounds plan ⭐️
🥗 Diet:
Monday - NF; 3L of water minimum;
Tuesday - 350kcal max. (if it goes beyond that, try to purg3); sugarless coffee in the morning and guaraná capsule after lunch; 4L of water minimum;
Wednesday - NF (only Diet Coke if I’m very hungry or craving, in last case, a zero sugar energy drink, but try to avoid; sugarless cofre in the morning and guaraná capsule after 1PM; 3L of water minimum;
Thursday - OMAD (250kcal max., 150 ideal); Diet Coke for cravings; coffee and guaraná pills in the morning; 4L of water minimum;
Friday - 450kcal max. (no purge bc of singing class, and eat something 2 hours before singing); coffee in the morning and guaraná pills at lunch; 4,5L of water minimum;
Saturday - intermittent fasting 16:8 (PS: it will depend if I’ll go to postgraduate class bc i have lunch at the college. If i go, I can do OMAD but will not be able to count the exact calories tho, and not eating is not an option bc I eat with other people. If i don’t, 350kcal max. (If beyond that or binge, just purge); 3L of water minimum; coffee and guaraná pills at morning;
Sunday - OMAD with 300kcal max. (if can’t count calories, just weight the food and eat 150g max); use laxatives; 5L of water minimum; coffee in the morning and guaraná pills after lunch; intermittent fasting at 9PM;
🚨 PS: take creative everyday, only drink alcohol once per week, 1 apple cider vinegar shot every morning;
🏋️‍♀️ Workout:
Monday - growwithjo’s “5 mile intense full body workout” (1 hour and 19 minutes)
Tuesday - Lilly Sabri’s “Lose fat in 7 days (belly, waist and abs)”
Wednesday - Le Sserafim’s workout routine (you can Google it, it will appear)
Thursday - Chloe Ting’s “2020 flat tummy challenge” (day 1)
Friday - same as Wednesday
Saturday - rest
Sunday - same as Tuesday
🚨 PS: 1000 crunches everyday

i dropped 6,5 pounds this week, but i lowkey wish it was more. i need to get really thin for a concert in april, and i wanna drop 88 pounds until that date (yes, i’m fat, and disgusting). if i continue to lose this much weight every week, i can reach my dream weight (96 pounds)
