🌙Moon Report: Full Moon in Aries🌙
10/13/19 around 5:10 pm
Full Moons represent the part of the planting cycle when flowers start to emerge. We are aware of how our work affects others. Our thoughts and emotions become more visible and clear. We are open to other’s influence and working together. When it’s in Aries, we would rather want to cultivate energy than plant seeds. It’s different this time around. We want to harvest the seeds we planted back in spring during the new moon in Aries. It’s a time when those things that we started to do, that were brand new, are now either coming into fruition and working or not. If it’s working, then we do something with it. If it’s not working, it’s time to let it go and move to something else. With this Full Moon squaring both Saturn and Pluto, we may feel the need to grow up and transform for the better. What’s something that is holding you back? If you know the answer, you will have an easier time clearing it out. If you don’t, it will be revealed to you. There’s a lot of luck in the air with this trine to Jupiter. Take advantage of it.

Tasseography
•Tea leaf reading•
You might be wondering where this unusual form of divination came from, so here’s a short history on tasseography. Shortly after tea was introduced to Europe, tea leaf reading, as it’s now recognized, was born. Similar divination tools had been used with an assortment of other materials. The art of tea leaf reading spread through Europe, and is now practiced throughout the world.
Doing a tea leaf reading involves you indulging in a delicious cup of tea and putting your sharp intuitive skills to work. After you enjoy your warm cup of loose leaf tea, you’ll leave the loose tea leaves at the bottom, where some of these leaves will form symbols, each having their own meaning. That’s where your keen intuitive abilities come in! Anyone can see a triangle at the bottom of a teacup, but your job is to intuit what it means for you or the person you’re reading for.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR A TEA LEAF READING
Tea cup with a wide brim that’s light enough to easily see your tea leaves.
Saucer
Loose leaf green or black tea, preferably organic.
Napkins
Pen and paper
Water
HOW TO PERFORM A TEA LEAF READING
1. BREW YOUR TEA
Gather all of your materials. Boil your water. Place about a teaspoon of loose tea in your cup. Pour your water in and steep tea to your preference.
For the next 3 steps, if you’re doing a reading for someone else, have them do the following steps.
2. SIP & SWIRL
Before you take your first sip, gently swirl tea counter clockwise three times. Sip and enjoy your tea, but don’t drink it all! When there’s about 1 tablespoon of tea left in your cup, swirl it again 3 times counter clockwise and think about or speak your query aloud.
3. CREATE YOUR TEA READING CANVAS
Turn your cup upside down onto your saucer to remove the remaining water, allow it a minute or so to drain, then turn it back up right.
4. LOOK FOR SYMBOLS
Look over your loose leaf tea pieces and see if any symbols or shapes jump out to you immediately. Don’t fret if you don’t see anything immediately, similar to scrying with a crystal ball, it can take some time for imagery to form for you. Try looking at the inside of the cup from different directions to see shapes. Keep in mind the images formed are formed from tea leaves, so you will really need to use your imagination.
5. RECORD & DECIPHER YOUR FINDINGS
If you do start to see some shapes, begin writing them down on your piece of paper so you can decipher them later, note where in the cup they are too. Now you’re ready to decipher your findings! Here’s a guide for the most common symbols found during tea leaf readings:
6. UNDERSTAND THE TIMELINE
Where your tea leaves are situated in your cup relate to when they will happen. This is why some of the tea leaf reading cups you find have circles inside of them. Timing is broken into thirds as follows:
Bottom third: farthest away from happening, think 3-5 years out.
Top third: will be happening in the near future, think within the next few weeks.
Middle third: will happen in about a year from now.
7. FORM YOUR READING
Like most divination tools, a honed intuition is key for success, so be sure to lean on any gut instincts as you form the story for your reading. Once you understand the meaning behind the symbols it’s time to put all of the information into a story that makes sense for you or the person you’re doing a reading for.

How I Worship My Deities
So, as many of you know, I’m a Hellenic Polytheist. I also have depression and anxiety which can make small things overwhelming and/or exhausting to deal with. So worshiping the gods the normal way takes a lot out of me. So here’s a few ways I keep my day to day life and my worship functional.
1. Bullet Journaling
Now, you may be thinking, how is bullet journaling helping you worship your deities? Well. Here’s how. I use a bullet journal to not only keep track of things I need to do each day, but I also write journal entries, which I direct to my deities. It’s also a good way to put in the Hellenic Holidays so I won’t forget them!
2. Altars
So I only make altars for my patreon deities. My Patreon Deities, in order of coming into my life, are Hades, Persephone, Artemis, Apollo, and Dionysus. I don’t have a lot of space, so I asked my deities if they would be okay sharing an altar. For awhile Artemis and Apollo had shared one, but Artemis felt cramped when Dionysus came into my life and requested to be separated. So I di. She’s the only deity who has her own altar space. Hades and Persephone share one and Apollo and Dionysus also shares one. I don’t use altars as a place to pray, I use altars like a place for the gods within my home. I (try to) keep them clean and organize them when I get the chance to. For the most part, these are the places I keep their offerings.
3. Offering Candles and Incense
So this is one of the few offerings I am able to provide my deities. Incense, if I remember correctly used to be given as offerings in Ancient Greece. So usually on holidays, Greek or Witch, I’ll burn an incense stick for all of them and light their candles. Due to their candles nearly being gone and me not having the money to buy new ones, I’ve been lighting incense and making an offering to their offering jars :)
4. Offering Jars
I think I made a post on this but I don’t know if I deleted it along with the rest of my posts when I started my posting life over. Anyways, essentially, it’s a jar I filled with herbs, plants, and items(usually biodegradable). These items are meant to symbolize my deities. I then, when I need to make an offering, pour maybe a teaspoon of honey into each jar. I again usually make offerings on holidays and when I’ve asked for something.
5. Music
I shockingly listen to a lot of Christian music. Mostly because I think of specific gods with each song. Like Head Above Water by Avril Lavinge makes me think of Hades. But aside from that I listen to music as a way to not only help me calm down after a bad day, but as a way to feel my deities. My music usually is on shuffle so I take each song and try to feel who is trying to speak to me.
6. Art, Oragami, and Writing
I’m naturally a very creative person. I love drawing and writing. Origami I genuinely suck at tbh. But Anything I can do that’s creative I dedicate my time and energy doing it to my gods, especially when I can’t focus or make myself do anything but these things. Like right now I”m world-building for a choose your adventure type stories. I’ve been mostly working with Apollo and Dionysus on it, and shooting some ideas they give me off of a friend. But oragami I usually make into offerings for my deities. Artemis usually gets Stars and Persephone Flowers.
7. Tumblr
I have a side blog, which I need to actually add to, where I put posts that remind me of my deities. I tag them to their respective spaces Like anything for Apollo gets tagged with his name. And so forth.
8. Watching Shows
I used to be a spirit worker, so I”m used to just asking my gods to come to join me when I watch TV because that’s what I did with my spirit companions. I don’t do it purposefully, but I do enjoy feeling Hades or Apollo sitting with me. But I’ve always had an easier time sensing them than I do my other patreon Deities. So whose to say Artemis or Dionysus haven’t joined me once or twice.
9. Just Talking
I talk out loud to myself a lot when I’m at home. I talk about being hungry, debating on taking a nap or what to eat. It doesn’t matter what it is, I talk when I’m alone in the house. Now I did this before I became Hellenic and now that I am, I take the time to actually just talk to my deities, especially if I’m not in the emotional state to write it out in a journal.
10. Astral Travel
Now, again I used to be a spirit worker, I’m not anymore due to how much it drained me, but I sometimes will go to my astral home and just… visit. Sometimes my deities drag me there, but that’s only happened twice and both times depression was hitting me really hard. Other times I go and they come to me to see what I’m up to and I take that time to just have tea or go on a walk with them. I again don’t do this too often because it drains me really badly.
I’ll probably make lists of what I do for each of my deities, and just go ham with that, but essentially I do the best I can with my worship, and it’s gotten better over the last few months :)

HOMEMADE TONER
In approximately 350ml of distilled water, add these;
-5-6 tbs of rose water
-4-5 tbs of apple cider vinegar (yep, smells bad)
-2 medium aloes leafs (cut it open on the long side and use a spoon to take the gel, put the rest in compost)
-2-3 tbs of dried lavender flowers
-10 drops of rosemary essential oil
-10 drops of grapefruit essential oil
-5 drops of frankincense essential oil
Shake well and keep in the refrigerator!
You can adjust the recipe if you feel like, but I wouldn't put a lot more of essential oil
*ALWAYS dilute essential oils, never use them directly on your face or body as it can burn the skin.
My routine steps:
Wash your face with a good cleanser for you (I use Farmacy Clean Bee or Bioderma Sensibio)
Use the homemade toner on a cotton pad ( I use these reusable https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07G7SJL2K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_9QYsDbQHDPAXQ and you should too because of the planet ya know) and gently pat all over the face. Feels fresh and nice right!?
Follow with serum adapted to your need ( I use Tony Moly Aqua Aura) and oil ( I use Tony Moly Black Tea Tree oil or Kiehl's Cannabis oil). Wait for the serum to absorbs a bit before putting your oil. For both, always gently pat the skin with the product, don't rub it into your skin, she likes it nice and smooth.
Finally, use your favorite moisturizer! I love the First Aid Beauty BarriAir cream. It's thick but absorbs quickly and feels very good.
I repeat morning and night, using one oil or the other. I also do a mask once or twice a week after toning. This isn't toooo fancy and really did the trick to improve my skin's look and feeling. Hope it does the same for you!

Hi Richtor! Can you please put links to sites or post to gems (quartz,crystals,stones),essential oils, and herbs's meanings? Please i need them but I want trustworthy info!😆 have a good day!
Remember to always fact check your sources - compare them to two or three others, and information that repeats can be assumed to be “correct.” Remember, also, that personal correspondences are very important. Go with what feels right to you.

I love it
Okay! So last night I made my first batch of mini spell candles! :3
In case anyone wanted to give this a shot I’ll post the process! It’s extremely easy!
Ingredients: tea light candles, herbs and spices of your choice, essential oils, a cookie sheet, and creativity lol. You can seriously add anything that would be safe to be in hot wax and burned.
Preheat oven to about 325°F
On a cookie sheet, spread out the desired amount of candles you’d like to make
While the oven is preheating, prepare the herbs and spices! Cut up or grind up anything that needs to be broken down. Once the candles have melted and you remove them from the oven they will cool/harden quickly.
Once preheated, Place sheet with candles in the oven and keep an eye out! (It took about six minutes for mine to melt all the way until the wax was completely clear)
After they are melted, remove and start adding your ingredients! As I added mine I focused on the intention of what spells they are to be used for. If you have any affirmations that pair well with the intentions, you can say those as ingredients are sprinkled in.
Don’t forget to put a few drops of any essential oils you’d like!
Once I finished the candles I blessed them and left them to cool 😎
I made two different spells for this batch. For half, I added Bay leaves, rosemary, mint, basil and thyme to be used for quick cleansing/protection/clairvoyant spells. The other half I added chamomile, lavender, and lemongrass to be used for love and relaxation. I plan to just use them around my home as needed and I can’t wait to make more!!
Highly recommend, especially to any of those newer to the craft.
Thank You and Blessed Be!!
~~~ss
Carrier Oils
Everyone always stresses on and on about essential oils, when you go to check magical properties of stuff you see magical oils. But what about carrier oils? What if you want to make an ointment, a perfume or any type of magic that calls for an oil base?
So here are a few oils (I always believe you don’t need an infnite pantry of stuff, just a few, trusted, easily available and not overly expensive items) to use. I’ve mixed and matched some correspondences I’ve found online, with my feelings about it, I’ve only listed oils that are easy for me to get a hold of (so I think this will be the same for everyone). If you want more you can google more :) Sunflower seed oil - fertility, health, wisdom, clairvoyance, Sun, high spiritual vibration, meditation, protection, success Jojoba oil - Stability, glamour, sensuality, healing, sympathetic magic, flying salves, shapeshifting
Sweet Almond oil - prosperity, wisdom, love, love that overcomes obstacles, air, money, Artemis
Olive oil - healing, protection, abundance, balance, fertility, fidelity, harmony, hope, longevity, peace, power, prosperity, rebirth, reconciliation, safety, success, victory, sun, moon, Athena
Rose hip oil (or chamellia)- beauty love, joy, secrecy, generosity, heart chackra, Venus
Sesame oil - prosperity, abundance, healing, love hope to the sick, the discouraged, the lonely
Grapeseed oil - fertility, prosperity, water, intuition, money, extasy, divination, Bacchus
Baby (mineral) oil - I’ve seen this one named often, in videos or posts of people who “made an oil” for this or that purpose. If baby oil is mineral oil (aka made from byproduce of Oil), that’s not a great oil… not for your skin, not for you baby (!!!), not for your positive spells, but I’ve found it indicated for curses. That feels right!
i'm new to witchcraft, can i get a tutorial on crystals/ways to identify crystals if i can?
sure ! ✨
crystals can be used for healing , manifestation , psychic abilities , etc.
for the longest time i was so confused on how to actually use crystals. it took time but i finally learned myself.
for example say you have an amythest. amythest is one of my favorite crystals cause it’s good for almost everything. in this case let’s say you’re using your amythest for a headache , you might put the amythest on your forehead and visualize the crystal pulling the headache out of your head into the crystal. or say you want it to help you in your psychic abilities , you would put the intent intent into the crystal by meditating on it a bit.
some crystals need to be avoided by sunlight and some by water.
if you purchase your crystals please PLEASE cleanse them with sage or salt . negative energies might still be lingering. also always cleanse them after each use.
i don’t know too much on crystals myself , so i don’t really know how to identify them yet. i suppose it takes time
but here’s some more information ! ❤️
~~~
i’m so sorry this took like 3 days to answer, i was trying to make my response all perfect but sometimes i just need to except the fact i don’t know everything haha.
BUT GUYS I WILL ALWAYS HAVE POSTS FROM OTHER BLOGS TO LINK TO YOU. IF YOU EVER NEED INFO ON ANYTHING I HAVE LINKS !!
thank you for the question love. i’m glad i could help❤️

Blood Magick 101
One of the most common things I am asked besides how to begin in witchcraft is, “What is Blood Magick? Is it real?”
The short answer is…yes, but not in the way you think. Please keep in mind while you read this that a lot of closed religions use blood as an integral part of their practice and how it affects their practice is usually very different from how it affects the general open practices. This post does not apply to those closed packages as I do not practice them or possess any in-depth knowledge of how they work, but rather the general open practices with blood. If you are a member of one of those closed religions, however, please feel free to add onto this post with your experiences!
What is Blood Magick?
When we hear the phrase, “Blood Magick”, we might think of sacrifices, cutting our hands open with sacrificial blades, or, if you’re like me, you think of the big “no-no” practice that universally brands you as evil in the video game series, Dragon Age. This is all a result of popular media displaying this magick as such. In reality, blood magick is not as exciting as it is portrayed in media and can, in fact, be totally painless! General Blood Magick is when you use blood as a source of energy for your spell, ritual, charm, etc. It can reap benefits, but it very unstable and your results might not be what you expect. While the blood used is usually your own, it doesn’t need to be. I have known witches who have used game animal blood! Wherever you get your blood, it is important to receive it ethically!*
How can I be safe when using Blood?
It is important for you to use certain protocols when dealing with blood, before any magick is in involved. Here are some general ones I’ve learned from a phlebotomist:
Never reuse needles
Never share needles
Do not attempt if you are anemic or you have any blood clotting disorder/ are on any blood-thinning medication such as Plavix
Always dispose of needles properly so that there is no chance for children, animals, garbage men, or even yourself can get poked. They actually make containers for you to dispose needles in.
If you use a sharp object to acquire blood, ensure that the area you are using it on is clean and the needle is always sterile beforehand
Always know the source of the blood you are using, but also be sure to never get blood in any open wounds, cuts, or in your eyes. If this happens with blood you are not familiar with, immediately go to an emergency room to get preventative care.
DO NOT INGEST BLOOD. IT IS DANGEROUS AND CAN LEAD TO A LOT OF DISEASES PLUS POISONING
It’s actually preferable if you use sanitary disposable gloves when handling blood, but at the very least, thoroughly clean any skin that got blood on it immediately.
If, at any time, you can not control the bleeding, go to the emergency room. You might need stitches.
Do not try to acquire blood from any vein or vessel nor should you use any sharp object near one.
DO NOT HANDLE A SHARP OBJECT WHILE INTOXICATED IN ANY WAY. Look, I drink and don’t judge others who do so or like to get high. I know a lot of witches incorporate drugs into their craft. However, never use a sharp object when intoxicated. Your control and judgement will be compromised and you could seriously injure yourself without knowing. If it is absolutely necessary, collect the blood beforehand.
Why would I use Blood Magick?
Blood magick is used when you need to infuse your very essence or a small part of your life energy into a spell, if using your blood, or the essence of a particular animal or their life energy. It is one of the most powerful ways you can charge give energy to a spell. If you are not very experienced in this, you should only use it in very desperate circumstances when all other options have been exhausted. I have seen witches use deer blood in a spell calling upon Artemis, the Greek God of the Hunt (among other things) and I have a friend who used blood magick when trying to save her house from foreclosure when she was told there was almost no chance she could save it, even with the proper budgeting and payments.
Wait, you said I should only use it regularly if I was very experienced in it… what are the Magickal dangers of it?
Think of using Blood Magick as if using rocket fuel in a normal car. If you are an engineer, you might be able to build a car that can use rocket fuel reliably, but, if not, you most likely would build a non-functional or unreliable car, or worse, a car that just explodes.
When you use blood, I mentioned that you are putting your very essence and energy into the spell. This very much ups the chance that you will be directly affected by the outcome of the spell, even if it was done for or on someone else. This goes double with any curses or hexes. It is also possible that you might get too much of the result you wanted or your result way too soon. If you are using animal blood, it is possible that it’s correspondence won’t agree with the purpose of the spell or the animal’s essence is just plain unwilling to cooperate.
If you use unethically-sourced blood, you also open yourself up to the negative energies of the source including unsavory paranormal activity. It might take several rounds of cleansing to get rid of that energy.
How much blood would I need for most spells?
Usually the tiniest drop of blood is necessary, if even needed. It would be equivalent of a finger prick when checking blood sugar levels.
How would I use the blood?
It depends on the spell and the caster! I’ve seen it dripped on paper where the incantation is written out and I’ve also seen it mixed in a bowl of herbs (not for consumption). Generally, if you ask me, I will tell you that you most likely don’t need it for the spell you are doing.
Please be safe, everyone!!
*Ethically sourced is a very broad phrase, but I am referring to blood that is retrieved either from yourself, a willing participant who know what you are using it for and has given consent, animals that have respectfully and lawfully been hunted and consumed, or animals that have been respectfully and lawfully hunted and honored. You should never poach animals or steal blood from any scientific/medical institution, deceased persons, or receive the blood from a living human who is misguided or unknowing of your intentions with the blood.
