psychologists have confirmed multiple times that you can only have DID / OSDD / be a system WITH TRAUMA so being neutral or pro on the subject means you are okay with people faking a serious disorder interacting with your content and you are okay with people taking away resources for people who genuinely need the help.

I understand that, ghost and a couple other alters are pro and neutral and I'm trying not to be bitchy to them and some of my friends. I want to be supportive of my friends, but they won't listen to me, I have 0 say in what they do. I myself believe that you have to be a system with trauma. We are a system with trauma.

One of my friends is trying to explain being plural to us without having a dissociative disorder, and it's hard to understand, but I don't want to lose a good friendship over it so I'm learning

I've cried to my therapist countless times, trying to wrap my head around the idea. and if I'm being honest, I don't want to support it at all

I don't want to be hateful towards others, I don't know. This is ghosts blog, so I'll talk to him. I'm not gonna make changes to everything unless he would like too.

It's like if I don't think about it or don't think about what's actually happening it goes away and isn't that damaging, and I know that's bad, but shying away from the topic is easier to do than facing it - sal
