What happened between the first and second half of OBX season 4? Especially with JJ and Kiara???? They literally went from romance to “I DON’T KNOW YOU” in the span of an episode????

She thinks he jumped in the ocean and drowned and has zero reaction? No hug when he miraculously appears? A handshake before he goes off to do something dangerous? Zero reaction from her when he found out who his bio dad was? All their scenes just being them ignoring each other or arguing?

I was genuinely a huge proponent for them in part 1 of season 4 when people argued the chemistry died. I thought they had some really romantic scenes that felt like it was them growing, JJ learning how to be in love, etc. part 2??? I can’t defend that.

OBJECTIVELY, the shift is pretty wild.

Still heartbroken and upset about everything. I won‘t be giffing anything from season 4 part 2. I always loved creating stuff for this show and Jiara but they just ruined it forever for me.

Grateful to have a big group of support through this but I know this isn’t the case for everyone so please if you need someone to talk, vent or cry to, my inbox is open❤️
