Caper Burgers

Wasn't sure what to have for dinner tonight after a long busy hustlin day. Opened up my fridge and just started pulling out random stuff I had and just started sautĂ©ing not knowing what would be the end result. But anything is better than a dinner you pull out and rip a wrapper off of. Point being...always have good food and veggies in your fridge. A hodge podge of veggies is better than any chemical laden junk food that does way more harm than you might think. Always be prepared for emergency meals. And this took 15 minutes to throw together. The more you do it the more natural it will become to you! This is nourishing me on a deep cellular level and it feels so good. đŸ˜Šâ€đŸ€—

This is so true! I literally just had a conversation about this with a friend of mine. Before you start to feel inferior or criticized or depressed or whatever low feelings you feel...take a look around at what possibly is making you feel that way. Sometimes its those closest to you. Know when to walk away. Be confident in your decisions. Do things and surround yourself with what bring out the best in you. Life is too short.
