We have the power to choose the role it plays in our lives and the ability to remove its presence. It is something that starts within and is outward displayed by your decisions and actions. We all have the right to pick and choose our battles and those battles are introduced by negative forces we accept instead of denying. I choose to remove negativity from around me and that includes people, thoughts and energy. I saved this list and will rework it visually before I hang it in different places to practice. WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD?

Nine times out of ten when I am in a bad mood, the first thing I do is say a quick prayer which allows me to keep my focus.  Things that can turn a bad mood into a good mood for me consist of a nice glass of wine paired with a great dish.  This never seems to fail aside from getting hugs from my family.  :-)
