Love These . They have a such a sweet taste! I microwaved mine for 8 min so I can cut it in half and remove the seeds and insides.. Cover with melted grass fed butter with dry herbs and roasteed it at 400 degreees for 35 minutes Came out wonderful. Worth a try like acron squash

Oh what to do with cherry tomatoes you forgot about and now are going soft? Roast them! I didn’t want the tomatoes to go bad before I had a chance to eat them so I decided to roast them and make a rustic sauce. The roasted tomatoes add a sweet smoky depth which brings this recipe to a whole new level.

I used my slow cooker cock-pot this timee and it came out so thick, rich and good. it also also freezes well which is great for leftovers.
