Golden milk
This is one of the most healthy and rich beverages, it has many helpful properties and tastes soooo good, trust mee
You will need:
A cup of your favourite milk (coconut and almond are the best but it's just up to you)
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1/4 tsp of ginger
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of black pepper
A tsp of maple syrup
Now you just mix together and let it boil for 10 minutes. You can drink it cold or warm, especially before going to sleep

Common cold
I know that the most common struggle for any student in autumn or winter is cold, and since my grandma has some wisdom from the past, I would like to share it.
When cold arrives, and your nose is runny and blocked, try an infusion of oregano, simple as it sounds, it may help a lot, trust my Italian wisdom😉

Pumpkin spice latte
Today I've been at the third global strike for climate, and when I came back I saw a pretty pumpkin in a grocery and that was love...
In fact I always wanted trying the pumpkin spice latte and than I got the possibility!
It's not as complicated as it looks, it's actually just a matter of time, since it takes at least 40 minutes... But here I am to help you.
You'll need:
2 or 3 tbsps of pumpkin puree
A tsp of pumpkin spice
A shot of coffee
1/2 cup of any milk (I prefer almond)
Whipped cream (how much you like)
Extra cinnamon
Now I tell you, to prepare pumpkin puree there are 2 ways, one is to bake it at 180°C until is cooked, or to boil it until is soft. I prepare and freeze 4/5 portions to have it always ready.
The other problem is the pumpkin spice, because it's quiet annoying and needs a lot of spices, I'll give you my recipe but you can change with whatever you want :
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ginger
1/4 tsp of curry
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
A sprinkle of red pepper and same with black pepper
1 tsp of organic sugar cane
Little advice: prepare a little jar with them and keep it in the cupboard
Now just mix together the pumpkin puree, the spices and the coffee until smooth, add preheated milk and mix. Enjoy also with some whipped cream and extra spice⭐⭐⭐

Good morning!
Today I started with one of my favorite recipes, the mug cake! So easy and quick to prepare, it's a great breakfast when you have to study a lot. There are many versions, here is mine:
45g of wholeweat flour
25g of cane sugar
A tsp of cornstarch
A pinch of baking soda
10 g of veg nutella
10g of sunflower oil
45g of veg milk or coffee
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
A piece of dark chocolate
Now you just mix it well in a big mug and then you put it in the microwave at max power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds❤️

Summer is ending...
What's better than something that remembers us how hot was summer, but with some autumn spice in it?
This is an upgraded ginger lemonade, delicious, fat free, sugar free and super detox!!
For a glass you will need:
A green apple
A lemon
1/2 of a ginger root
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp of honey (or agave/maple syrup if you vegan)
Some ice if you like
Cut the apple in pieces, peel and cut the ginger root and squeeze the lemon, then put everything in a blender and blend for some seconds, then add the water and bled it again. Than strain it until you obtain a clear yellow juice, add the ice and now you can enjoy a fresh taste of hot autumn days!

Hi every one!!
This is my first post here, and since here in Italy it's the first day of school, I decided to post a super simple drink that can be an amazing companion during study sessions. This is a Blueberry milk, you will need:
1/4 cup of frozen/fresh blueberries
1 cup of any milk(I used coconut but it's your choice)
Some ice cubes
Now you just have to blend and strain and voilà readyyy!
