Love has no boundaries. No matter who you are, what you are, how old you are, the only thing matters is to be next to the one who care so much about.
In the city of London, we can witness all kinds of love. That is what the world is supposed to be like. More love, less hatred.
I’m very happy about my project, even though it is not about the city’s landscape or architectures, I can sense another aspect of the city by looking through ordinary people’s life in London.
May the world be surrounded by love.

These are my inspiration pictures. They are taken by Vivian Maier, a gifted photographer that I love so much. She had taken a close up shot of the couples hand. Even though you can't see their face, u can definitely feel the love flowing out of he picture. That's the image I want to express, love is timeless and u only need to look for the details to find it.

This "loving" couple in London caught my eyes in the V&A Museum yesterday. They are Noa and Hannah. As two college gals from America, they have come to London for a summer programme. Noa is very chilled and hilarious. Hannah is very sweet and easygoing. They have so much to share with each other and never stop laughing when they are together. As I was trying to takes more pictures of food trucks, I came across this lovely elder couple. They kept chatting as they walked pass me, and the granny was laughing so hard. They hand was holding the whole time. I followed them (yes it's a bit creepy)along Southbank riverside, and was deeply touched by them. Therefore, I started going back and forth taking pictures of loving couples walking together, chatting as if theres no one on the planet except for them. My inspiration is Vivian Maier. I've looked through some of her photos, and was deeply impressed by the emotions that are expressed in the pictures. In short, it was definitely a loving Friday❤️#photographingLondon #lovingcouples #love

As walking along the Thames, I saw these interesting food trucks which have attracted lots of people passing by. All the trucks are decorated in distinctive styles. You just can't help but stop and smell the food. We had an valuable chance of talking to a profound who has painted the riverside scenery for decades. He shared his view about how London has changed significantly throughout the years. This has further inspired me of photographing food trucks as they are so common in everyday life yet they have never been out of fashion. In cities like London, changes could not be omitted. However, some traditions never fade away.
