I’ve not posted for a while,

mainly due to all of a sudden having to have new priorities. Although maybe aimlessly, I feel like me and the rest of the world have been running round for at least the last fortnight like chickens with no heads. Trying to think of everything that myself and the people I love would need if we as a country were in a state of emergency. So much so that I think me and many others globally have actually failed to realise that WE ARE in fact already in a state of EMERGENCY. 

We all need to be doing more... by doing less! 

All my thoughts and prayers are with the vunerable in this time no matter how great or small that vunerability may be! 

Stay at Home! Stay safe! Keep others safe!

Its a difficult thing to have judged over the past couple of weeks. We all, my self included could of probably made more of an effort in hindsight.

 I really dont think there’s many people alive who in their lifetime have seen times like these. . 

Unfortunatley I also believe that applies to the people in power and our government. Who have probably had next to no training for a crisis this big. The guidelines and restrictions currently in place and that probably will be put in place if people persist in being ignorant. Are there because as of now it is believed they will ensure our safety and lives of the people around us. 

It really is not optional. 

Every single one of us have to do our bit but with the power of nations all over the world we can withstand this and the world will heal!

So since my last post,

I’ve been drawing a lot more! ✍🏼

The time I spend reading all the latest sneaker news aimlessly. Not even in a position to buy 90% of anything being released.

This year though I’m making the change. 💥

I’ve finally found an outlet for my energy and more importantly I’ve found a way of putting together my first project. 😬😄

For the first time in a long time. 🤓 I had a feeling it was something I should pick back up just purely for the fact that I know I once had the ability to get myself lost in a book. Its an amazing way to escape reality and i’m saddened still, to think that my head has been such an awful place for the last decade that I actually lost that route of escape.😕🤷🏻‍♂️ The beginning of the week I started reading ‘SHOE DOG’ by Phil Knight the creator of Nike. It’s safe to say I am hooked, I was drawn to the book first when I realized who it was written by. The actual creator of Nike! 😱👟👑 I read a statement written by Nike that was used to advertise their products at the end of last year, maybe i’d heard it before but given my head space it had never rang home? but it said ‘You don’t win silver, you lose gold’. 👀🧠 Being such a Nike enthusiast generally when it comes to my wardrobe I couldn’t help but feel inspired. The book has just enhanced that feeling. Not that i’m a sportsperson at all but i do believe you can adopt the mentality. Buying this book is the best few pound I have ever spent. 👌🏼💸💯 - ©️NTELO

I made a promise to myself at the beginning of this year to try and rediscover my love for reading!.. amongst another things. 🎨📚

This is the first book I’ve even attempted to read for at least the last, 9-10 years and I couldn’t contain my excitement unwrapping the package it came in this morning! 🤩 📦

Read somewhat 30 pages on iBooks, as a sample and was hooked from there! So this was the one to start with.🤯💥

I’m loving all the free brain space I’ve got lately. To be able to focus and concentrate on things I once used to care about massively! 🧠🧐

The grind really does start here!

Got to spend some quality time earlier with my tattooist! who’s also an incredibly good friend of mine. 💉🤞🏼

Nothing better for your personal growth than surrounding yourself with like minded people. People who have also had to fight to keep their demons at bay and survived. 👿🧠🦾

Nothing’s makes me happier than to see them all myself included, thriving. 💥

It would be a crime not to take advantage of their and talents ! 🤷🏻‍♂️🎨🔥

This is so right 🙌🏻 I’ve come to realize over the past few months, since I’ve needed so much support, that I suppose I’d never given a great amount of thought to. It was just something I had to get through, it was my fight! irrelevant of who was with me and who wasn’t and My God! Was I lucky to have who I had with me. 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️🥊 I feel like if I’ve ever looked back into my past too much the only memories I’d seem to find were of loss and living in them only escalated the cycle of pain and you lose sight of what you do still have. 🤕💔 But it’s funny, when you sieze today! Because it brought some form of hope and look into tomorrow from that standing point you see everything and everyone that is with you! In your favour. 🌈⛅️ You see all the love that they administered with desperation and sheer determination just to hold you down when you couldn’t hold yourself! Literally coming to your “rescue”, saving you time after time. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦😇🆘 It’s such a revelation when you see it and truthfully feel it for the first time! Like bombs going off in you’re head. As nice as the thought is it’s near enough an impossible task while your suffering. 👀🤯💣 My point is, if you’re like me and your lucky enough to have soldiers on your team who are literally willing to sacrifice their happiness and sometimes sanity to keep you together!💂🏼‍♀️💂🏻‍♂️💥 Always cling to them and when you’re stronger… because they will get you there! be ready if needed to come to their rescue with the same love and determination that kept you together, without you even realizing it! 👩🏻‍🚒💦🔥❤️ I swear, if I strip everything else away they’re all that’s kept my world turning! 🌍🪐 -©️NTELO
