Starting a new diet, i have to loose weight so that my back and hip get some pressure relief. Plus my nutritionist thinks it will help my new diagnosis: Ankylosing Spondylitis. I’m glad I have a diagnosis and a doctor who validates my feelings and symptoms.

Honestly I find it weird that I get pain from sitting down, laying down and or being on my feet. So I have to take time to walk around in between any activity so that my lower back and hip don’t hurt that much. But everything will be okay, I think, now I just have to deal with seasonal depression because it is getting wooooooorse.

I'm Raneen, a mother of three children: Mohammed, Rami, and Julia, currently living in Gaza. My husband, Mahmoud, traveled to Egypt for work three days before the war broke out, leaving us alone. I have struggled greatly with the kids; we’ve had to flee from the north to the center, then to Rafah, and back again.🇵🇸

We are living in extremely difficult conditions. My daughter Julia suffers from severe chest allergies,💔 and her condition has worsened due to the war’s aftermath. I can’t provide their basic needs because of the scarcity of resources and rising prices.💔🍉

Please, help me care for my children. There is no safe place in Gaza; everywhere is at risk at any moment. I am trying to get to Egypt to join my husband, but it requires a significant amount of money. I have lost our home and all our sources of income.

I am mohammed Ayyad, I am 17 years old, high school student, I have 7 brothers, including 4 girls and 3 boys and my mother.

‏Since the beginning of the war, my family and I have been displaced 4 times, each time more severe than the other.

‏The first is from Gaza City to Khan Yunis, and the second is from Khan Yunis to the shores of Bahr Khan Yunis, then to the city of Rafah, and then to an area called Al Qarara .

‏My house was completely destroyed , everything is under the rubble my childhood, my memories, my books, and my ambition and Many relatives and friends were killed and life was completely destroyed.

Pain today is 7 out of 10

[update] 10pm

Went to an endocrinologist. He checked the lab results that my general doctor ordered, everything is normal. But according to the pain, pressure points and the chronic fatigue, this new doctor thinks everything points out to fibromalgya but I should go to a rheumatologist to confirm.

I'm rrally tired but happy because finally the doctor's are almost certain of my diagnosis. Not knowing is worse than anything.

You know? As a teacher I earn a stupidly low amount of money a month, it is really not enough to pay school materials, food, clothes, take care of my health and my cats, plus enjoying my hobbies. Therapy deffinetely is off the table, since here is very expensive.

I’m tired. Since September I’ve been visiting doctors because I’m in constant fatigue, unable to stay awake, my body pains and feels so heavy… Three doctors, tons of blood tests and still no one knows what is wrong.

I'm studying my third career, being the newbie is weird when you're 27 y/o, cool but still odd.

I never thought I could be an artist 24/7 and study more than one career. I'm proud of myself, my wallet will suffer for the rest of my life because of the huge debt I'm getting but it's the price to pay to be an overeducated artist.

My favorite restaurant/bar is specialised in vegan and vegetarian food, it's so awesome to find a place where I can actually eat!
