The boys and I went on a downtown adventure today! It was pretty stress free and really fun for all of us, which is pretty special, considering their tendency to fight about EVERYTHING 🙄. We ate at the B Street Cafe. It was super cute. The kids devoured their B Street Burgers, and the TBA sandwich was noms. Those are sweet potato fries that you see on the side, and they were delicious 🤤. It was quiet because we ate inside as opposed to the patio. And really cute with old pics of downtown Pueblo hanging on the walls. I tried to make my own “kale turkey sausage” and it turned out really good! I added mushrooms, red bell pepper, and brown rice. Stuffed that yummy mix into a roasted acorn squash, and baked it with some parm. It was dreamy 🤤.
