Don't get me wrong, I am totally on board with cauliflower mash once in a while, in fact, cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies, but NEVER replace my rice with a vegetable. I'm Haitian for Pete's sake. 😂

I know I haven't been posting much lately, but it's because I was in my dietetic internship!! Thankfully, graduation is tomorrow so the plan was to get back to making recipes and posting a lot more until I get a job, but then we were hit with a tornado. Sometimes simple food makes for the best food. Got to try Heibeck's Stand in Wilton, CT yesterday and oh boy was it good!! Definitely dragging someone along with me to go back! Especially as it gets warmer because they have outdoor seating 🍔🥙🌞 (at Heibeck's Stand)
