Likely NPD + Artist culture is oh no my life is so terrible its so shit how did I not notice this sooner oh my godddd but I guess this is just to balance out how divine I am. And then going "Oh. Oh shit my art is so good wtf. Nvm everything is great no one else could ever come close to my skill level." And now I have a massive ego boost from my own art. I'm admiring my own drawing, basking in the knowledge that no one else will be able to draw like me. The knowledge that I'm so good at just making lines on a screen, that other people aren't as skilled at it as I am. I love the idea that people envy my art.

I think it's important to remember, as a rule of thumb, if you take advantage of a social service, it actually makes it easier for other people who need that service to access it. Most of the time, when these services get cut, it's because politicians will look at usage and say "see, no one is really using this thing, we can afford to trim the budget for food stamps by at least half". Whereas if you decide to step up and use these programs, even if you feel like you "don't really need it", at bare minimum it's another data point advocates can use to say "hey, look, people are using this thing, this is an important service we are providing, do not cut our funding".

Likely NPD culture is really really REALLY wanting someone to use your art as their profile picture. Fantasizing about it. The absolute praise that would be to see that, even if no credit was given on their profile, but credit would just make it better. Someone loving my art SO MUCH that they would plaster it onto their discord profile or wherever, for everyone they talk to to stare at and bask in envy of my rapidly perfecting art style. Imagining someone asking who drew the art in their icon and being jealous of how good my art is when they scroll through my tumblr page. I woke up to 70 new notes in the activity tab today, and wondered if anyone liked the drawing I made enough to use it as their icon. Someone is bound to like my art that much, and I just don't know them yet.

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, THE GIFT CARDS *MUST* BE IN POUNDS. everything else is priced in pounds because its my only form of measurement but it would be the equivalent to what that item's price is for you.

REGARDING HOW I WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT:

Since the gift system requires we be friends for at least 3 days, if you wish to pay via gifting an IAP/Season Pass I will send you my sky qr code when you contact me. We can discuss who's paying for the friendship tree then, but I do not mind doing it.

When the three days have passed, I will give you the finished artwork (given it's finished and approved by then) after I receive payment

If you pay by gift card, then I will receive payment once you approve the sketch. I will then hand over my finished piece ASAP
