Happy National Rainbow Baby Day! For those of you that don't know, both my boys are Rainbow baby's. Before Tomás, I birthed stillborn twin boys. 6 months later, doctors told me I would never be able to conceive naturally again without major surgery. A month later, I was pregnant with Tomás. We had a few scares with my pregnancy including a hospital stay and an early induced labor, but my miracle baby, my first Rainbow baby, arrived 07/14/00. 🌈👶🌈👶🌈👶🌈👶🌈👶🌈 Flash forward 14 years to when I met the actual love of my life. In a whirlwind romance, we quickly became pregnant only to miscarry very early in. A whole year later we became pregnant again. Doctors surprised us with news that we were expecting not one little one, but three! Not far into my pregnancy, I became very ill. When doctors checked to see if it was affecting the babies, found only one baby was growing and thriving. I was monitored closely, and on 02/04/16, Anthony, our second Rainbow Baby, arrived. 🌈👶🌈👶🌈👶🌈👶🌈👶🌈 He is definitely the joy of our whole household that helped to heal our broken hearts. Even with the large age gap, both boys absolutely adore each other.
