Being very successful academically and having mental illness is wild bc. I’m not trying hard enough. I don’t know how to try any harder. I have no idea if any achievement I’ve made is the fruit of my labor or the luck of my intelligence. Every unused second is wasted potential. I rot on in bed for hours. I’ve never worried about passing a class. I cry because I haven’t done the laundry. I’m the smartest person in this room. I’m a failure. If a single person is trying harder than me I am not trying hard enough.

Should I be doing better? Should I be suffering more?
