Still trying to get my creativity and motivation back (which has become especially hard as the world just seems to fall farther into the abyss). Tried watercolor for the first time and adore it.  There’s a lot of mistakes with this raven but I’m still rather proud of him. Plus, it was also my first time using gold leaf. 

If you have any favourite water color supplies or artists or books or such, please let me know <3

After a lot of intense heartache and trauma in recent years (which isn’t to say they also haven’t brought some of the best times of my life as well), my creative spirit is making a desperate bid to rekindle.   I’ve been sculpting again and hope to teach myself watercolor. Also purchased a second hand giant awesome standing easel in hopes of getting back into oil painting, which I’m not very good at but really enjoy.

The dragon was first and a bit goofy and then the Chinese New Year mouse (because this year is the year of the Rat, which is my year). I’m pretty proud of the mouse and actually redid the lantern a little to hopefully be less messy.  Hoping to get back into sculpture to help bring in money to the household.

Also, I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I really miss all my friends I had on tumblr, both art and fandom friends.  This whole brave new world has reminded me how all of those friends got me through isolation in the past when I needed it the most.  So, I don’t know how many people are still around, but my love is always with all of you <3  (Tomorrow, my goal is beginning to write snail mail letters, bake cookie batches, and make little art things to send to old friends).

Danny has been playing the Gummi stuff for me on KH3 so I can get the Ultima weapon because I didn’t want to build and figure out Gummi stuff. But dan decided he had to try and build Serenity. This was the result.

So I hear tumblr is about to make a very foolish move that’s going to lose the company a large portion of it’s user base. Morons. Well, I guess it was fun while it lasted before corporate greed really dug it’s claws in and their inability to adequately filter against real problems like child porn and nazism.

Still Here-ish

Haven’t updated in quite a while.  I’ve missed everyone around here <3   I’ve been up to a lot of stuff in the meantime like quitting Guard Up.  I now work as a vet tech at an animal hospital in Methuen.  So I’ve finally realized my life long dream of working with animals. Sword fighting and roleplaying for money and now this- young me would be proud.

I’m also nearly moved in with the boy.  I’ll be officially living with Dan (change of address and all) within the next two weeks, so that’s super happy making and I can start being all manner of domestic and disgusting.

There are still fairly rough spots with family and health issues, but working on those.  

I’m planning to get back into sculpting next month to try and make some extra money.  

Free time has been spent with packing/moving but also roleplaying (two D&D campaigns,Vampire the Masquerade, and soon we’ll be doing a Serenity rp campaign), Halloween in Salem, going to see full armored knight combat, among other things.  

Still into most of the same fandoms.

Fox Tattoo

I want to get a Little Prince fox tattoo, but I'm not sure what style to go with or where to get it. I want a quote with it too and can't decide between 'if you want a friend, tame me' or 'you become responsible forever for what you have tamed'. And I don't know if i want any background like a wheat field or starry sky or a rose or such. What do I doooooo? I'd love any suggestions
