Am I the only one that takes other people as a challenge to lose more weight? Someone comes into work wearing my dream aesthetic and being thinner then me? Challenge accepted bitch, I then take off half of the meal I was going to eat that day. It’s awful to watch people live my dream but I will get there one day I swear 😩

Completely forgot to update you all on how I’m getting on since literally throwing myself full force at the whole weight loss thing, it’s going really well Monday I managed to fast as I had a huge argument with my mum before dinner so I locked myself in my room and said I’d get something later and never did. Tuesday I got my new smart watch so I can see exactly how many calories I’m burning from my workouts and I haven’t binged or even had the urge to since, I walked 11 miles on Tuesday and 3.4 miles today!! Would you guys be interested in body check pictures to see my progress as I go along so I have a before and after? :)
Attached some pictures for what I’m aiming for too, really hope with my smart watch I’ll get fitter! ✨

Okay so admittedly I already fucked my New Years resolution to lose weight so I’m starting again from today and I was gonna fast but my fat ass couldn’t help myself so I ate :(
DAY 1:
Breakfast: SKIPPED
Lunch: SKIPPED
Dinner: Ravioli (366)
Mums birthday cake :( (532)
Exercise: Steps: 1562 (58 burnt)
Dance: 600 burnt
Total calories: 240! 😅
