C-could I have a hug pls? Life is hard for me at the moment and every time I think of something it returns that bad things that happened to me....

It’s gonna be okay. You’re having it pretty rough, but you’re alive, and that’s super important. Those memories suck, but they’re living proof that you’ve lived through them, you’ve survived them. And I think that’s pretty great, dude. Because life hates you. Life will sucker punch you in the goddamn face and toss you into an abyss of hardships as many times as it can. But hell, you struggled through all of its sneers and tricks, faced it headfirst in your own way, and tried your best to get through them. I’m proud of you for that. Have as many hugs as you want; you deserve them all, and get through this round as well. I’ll be cheering for you, kiddo!!!!!
