2P Japan General Headcanons

🧨 Kuro Honda, always appears to be 22 years old

🧨 Double demi (demiromantic, demisexual)

🧨 Much like his 1P counterpart, he works hard and is rather reserved, but for different reasons

🧨 The way you can tell him and his 1P apart is his stunning scarlet eyes, his taste in clothes, and his disinterested stare. He's the same height, weight, and has the same hairstyle as his 1P and finds Kiku irritating for his similarities.

🧨 'Kuro' is just what he changed his name to after he got his independence, he used to be known as 'Makoto'. He grew to resent his name so much that he changed it the moment he had the chance to.

🧨 Circumstances in his childhood caused him to be more apathetic to other people’s issues, and make him come off as cold, uncaring, and unfriendly. Safe to say, Xiao will never get a visit from him if it wasn't ordered by the prime minister themselves.

🧨 He's not used to seeking out help from anyone since he never needed it before (that's what he tells himself), as he basically raised himself and a few other nations under Xiao's power when he was younger. That being said, he'll look past his pride if he feels its's necessary to get through the day.

🧨 He is usually very secretive about his life with others, since he doesn’t want to risk getting attached to people too easily. The idea of having to emotionally invest himself into other people's lives is just exhausting to think about. It takes a lot of energy and time to even get that close to him in the first place.

🧨 He won't stop you from trying though. He's just build up a wall that makes it easy to not get too invested with other people. It'll take a few years of consistent visits to his home and seeing him in public before he'll consider you a friend.

🧨 If you get him as a friend, suddenly he's a permanent fixture in his life, he spends too much time thinking about how you could be taken from him (via death, relationships with men, ect.) and it royally pisses him off. He will be overprotective, much like Luciano, constantly keeping track of where you are. If you even step foot in an unsafe part of Japan he's sending 30 texts a minute to tell you to get your ass back home.

🧨 Annoying older brother vibes will linger for the longest time. He scares off boyfriends and friends he doesn't think are good for you. If you ever turn on him, it's game over, you aren't going to be forgiven.

🧨 Having him as a partner is weird, since he has a love-hate relationship with touch. If it’s someone he truly cares for he can still have trouble accepting gentle affection. getting him to open up and talk about how he's feeling is hard unless 'he feels like telling you'.

🧨 You're still not allowed into a certain room in his home. His little art studio is off limits until he can trust you won't e clumsy enough to destroy anything in his home.

🧨 He's a dark mangaka. He’s known for making nightmarish imagery with unique and strange stories that usually tie into Japanese folklore, much like Junji Ito. He doesn’t pressure himself with deadlines and writes under a pen name to prevent people from finding him.

🧨 His work is honestly cathartic for him, and is much more satisfying than the violent outbursts he had while fighting for his independence from Xiao. He has a cult like following that show up to manga conventions hoping to see him with an open panel. He'll never attend one even with the invitations he gets each year.

🧨 A large majority of his closet is dark or muted colored clothing by choice. Rarely does he wear the color white unless forced to, he has a distaste for the color.

🧨 Violence has been one of the only ways he can vent out his bottled up anger, so he can easily scare off a lot of people who want to connect with him with a sudden outburst when he can't bottle up his feelings anymore. He knows he needs to stop, but he knows he can't say what he's thinking all the time either, as that's what got him into a lot of trouble as a child.

🧨 His closest friend is Luciano. While he considers Luther and Klaus friends as well, they have certain quirks that bug him so he limits the time he spends with them.

🧨 His role in the Axis was the leader, similar to Germany in the 1P Axis. It was one of the only times he'd willingly take control over other people's lives for the sake of his country. He also kept Luciano from beating the hell out of Luther the entire war. It pissed him off that he lost WW2, and he has a deep sated hatred for Allen since they were on good terms before the war started.

🧨 He has a strong sense in twisted justice, and is ruthless with punishing others that have wronged him. The intensity of the punishment depends on what the 'crime' towards him was and if he was physically or emotionally hurt by the action. If you prank him, you might get your tires slashed, or if you try to attack him, you may just end up dead in an alley somewhere.

10 fun facts about Kuro!

1. he can not cook for shit but he will always know where the best food is being sold and don’t worry about the bill he’s a gentleman

2. he loves to travel to the point where he bought a hotel chain so now he has a place wherever he visits

3. he’s very good at reading people and it doesn’t take long for him to figure out exactly what to say to make you hate or love him

4. always working! even when he’s relaxing he’s working or at least that’s what he says

5. hes more for the night life, he’s rarely out during the day.

6. he’s very social and has tons of connections but has a hard time being close with people because he never stays in the same spot long enough for anything to develop so if you wanna be with him, you gotta be ready to travel

7. he’s younger than kiku but doesn’t act like he’s his older brother but he’s nice when he visits kiku even though his fast and always eventful life stresses kiku out he tries to be open

8. he’s a very good and supportive friend, when luciano is stressed out kuro will act relaxed and calm until luciano relaxes too. if allen is whiny about wanting something, kuro will find it no matter how difficult

9. he doesn’t often drop his mask, he’s always playing some sort of character or living in distractions but if you did get him to reveal his true self, he’s just very tired and very cuddly

10. he’s thinks nations who lament over humans and their mortality are weird

@hetaliamondaychallenge​ I offer up my bois for the 20th challenge and I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought about watermelon crushing thighs for this prompt because it would be a real shame if I weren’t but this is an aftermath of a “I wouldn’t do that if I were you”

What was the au? I've been around a long time maybe I know it??

Haha you’d have to be to remember it because I sure don’t-

It was an au based on wishes. There were two sets of characters, those who wished for a lover/friend/etc and those who were the granted wish. An example is Kuro (my character) was a wisher, he subconsciously wished to be loved and so his wish was granted.

The catch was that the wishers don’t know who was their granted wish and it was the same for the grantees. The wishers were human but the grantees didn’t have to be, for example we had a neko Kiku in the mix. 

I’m pretty sure it was more complicated than that but like I say, I don’t remember it well so I condensed it down the best I could. I have a lot of old art still of the au, it personally makes me cringe but I did redaw my Kuro a while back.

His clothes seem to have hints of cologne that are just imbedded into the fabric. His natural sent is very fresh and clean, like a sea breeze.

2p Japan

He really doesn’t smell like anything but he does have a slight hint of an herb smell. You have to be super close to him to smell it though.

2p Germany

Very masculine- it’s not a bad smell just very manly, like fire and sweat. (Not body odor tho)

2p Prussia

He smells like your clothes when you take them out of the dryer.

He never smells bad- like ever. He wears cologne- but it’s not like that super strong offensive kind.

They both got some new styles :D

I made them both have the sharp red eyes this time. Yuzu still having her weapons on hand (and hidden) but this time Tatsu managed to get her to wear stylish heels hahaha Other than changing her top, she hasnt changed much in terms of her design. Tatsu decided that the shirt with the sleeves rolled up wasnt for him anymore but he didnt want to throw it, so he just threw it on his shoulders. He put on braces because of Yuzu’s nagging to put on some protective armour.
