Sometimes I feel so hopelessly disguised as a human that it's almost painful. The humans around me are so smooth in their interactions, their focus, and what they do, how they converse.

I sit there, fidget with my paws and tap my claws on the table and twitch my nose at the smells of the room. I stretch out my paws and back and tail and don't like these chairs.

It's a distinct feeling to pretend to be something I'm not.

I can feel it.
