having my favorite side be adrinette feels so silly sometimes like my friends will be like remember how chat noir vaulted through the city carrying marinette in his arms… remember how ladybug risked everything to rescue adrien from danger… remember how ladybug and chat noir had true love’s kiss to break an akuma’s spell… & i’m like YES also remember when adrien and marinette went to school together and made eye contact. remember the time they ate lunch near each other in the cafeteria

I just thought of a hilarious reveal scenario and decided to put it on here since I can’t draw

CN: ladybug can i ask you a question?

Lb: yeah sure!

CN: how come whenever the Agrestes, specifically Adrien Agreste, are in peril you are always really urgent with saving them? Like more urgent than with anyone else?

Lb: okay well.. for months I had a crush on him and recently we actually started dating-

CN: -MARINETTE?!

I’m going on a theory SPREE but I also need to say this. In the episodes, especially season five, many significant adrienette moments have parallels to many moments between Emilie and Gabriel. This leads us to believe that we may have a repeat in history (Adrien becoming the next hawkmoth trying to bring Marinette back) but we all know Marinette wouldn’t use the peacock miraculous for personal endeavors (plus she knows Adrien is a sentibeing) and there is no dupain-Cheng lore that leads us to believe that Marinette would get sick. For these reason I believe that history may indeed repeat itself, a small unknown fashion designer and royalty (his grandmas the queen of England and he was king of the diamonds ball.) fall in love, but with Adrien and Marinette, it’s a happy ending. We also see parallels between Amelie and Emilie, and Adrien and Felix. One is well behaved, smart, and keeps to themselves. The other is adventurous, outgoing and a free spirit (now that Adrien has both of the rings). This further leads me to believe my theory is correct. History will repeat itself, but it won’t end negatively. Especially considering the creators practically confirmed that they WILL have kids, three specifically. The only thing that might disprove this theory is that Adrien might try to bring marinettes memory back if she ever gives up the miracle box, but I would need further evidence to prove that there’s a chance of this happening. SORRY I KEEP GOING ON THESE LONG RANTS ABOUT MIRACULOUS THEORIES I JUST THINK THE LORE AND PARALLELS ARE SO INTERESTING THERES SO MUCH MATERIAL TO THEORIZE WITH.

P.s about my last theory I fs think Adrien will take marinettes last name. That has no relevance to that one or this one but I feel like it needed to be said

Maybe I’m biased (my user obvi) but I think Adrienette being first official ship was super smart and it makes the most sense. As we’ve seen In past reveal episodes (not including oblivio which I will get to later) usually Adrien dates Marinette AFTER he finds out she’s ladybug. Now personally I think he has always loved Marinette, and just not realized it. But if they were to do a reveal pre-Adrienette, he wouldn’t love Marinette for Marinette, he would love her for ladybug. And same thing on ladybugs side. She wouldn’t date Chat Noir for himself, she would date him because he’s Adrien. When we start with Adrienette and then proceed to other love square ships once they either reveal at the same time or one reveals to the other, we can see them love both sides and not just one. This is, still considering the fact that it was very obvious Adrien had feelings for Marinette pre-statue scene and just was in denial because he also loved ladybug. We see a prime example of this in oblivio, which at least to me is obvious foreshadowing of the order the love square will become official in. We start with adrienette and then end with ladynoir (with Marichat and ladrien moments post-ladynoir). If you want a more deep explanation on why I think this then I will be ECSTATIC to do so. To me, Adrienette is the healthiest way to start once they reveal, and simply makes the most sense (not to mention they’re SUCH A CUTE COUPLE GHFHFH) thank you for coming to my Ted talk 🤭

Kagami is soooooo clearly autistic and i think most people agree on this so I think we sleep on the fact that Adrien is like the only person in the show (besides Félix ig, but you can apply this to him as well) who immediately got her. like Adrien and Kagami are on a wavelength. like everyone thought Kagami was awkward and weird and didn't understand her but Adrien just thought she was cool and nice. I'm almost positive that if a character commented to Adrien about Kagami being "weird" he literally wouldn't understand what they were referring to. Kagami commented all the time about how similar her and Adrien were and how that made them perfect for each other. Marinette, the other person who Adrien clearly super vibes with and gets along super well with, is also commonly agreed upon to be ADHD. The most Adrien thought of Marinette's extremely outlandish behavior around him was that it was "sweet and just her charm" (literally his words to Kagami in Protection). In general there's almost a trend in the show where the more openly neurodivergent a character is the more Adrien seems to vibe with them and is comfortable around them.
