opinions about weight
i can't believe how fast society's opinions about average women sizes change.
i am 1.65 cm and 50 kg. right now.
10 years ago, when i was 50 kg. and size 36 i was considered 'really skinny' people were keep telling me to gain a few kg. so my boobs and all my figure would look more female. size 36 was 'skinny' back then.
now i am 50 kg, with the same height and size 36, i am considered 'average' . now people keep telling me to lose a few kg. so i can be skinny and have a more female figure.
now size 36 is considered average, you have to be a size 32-34 to be skinny. and when you are size 38 you're fat? size 38 used to be the average size for women but not anymore.
i think it clearly shows how society's opinions on women's weight changed dramatically over the last 10 years.
our society today found itself in a bipolar situation, as obesity and overweight issues increase, we are expected to be more and more skinny to look 'average'

today's breakfast/lunch.
salami rolls with black olive and cheeze, broccoli, salad(carrots cucumbers radish) some grapes and a tiny apple.
i only eat the half because i was too full.
for dinner, i ate 1/4 slice of bread with 5 olives and the grapes from the breakfast/lunch were still uneaten, so i ate them too.

today's calorie count.
breakfast:watermelon and cheeze 100 cal
lunch: cheezeburger and beer about 600 cal
dinner: watermelon, youghourt and a couple olives 200 cal
about 900 total.
not a good day, tomorrow won't be much better i guess, i'm going to mitillini island with my family basically to have a big dinner&lots of sea food.

is this still a thinspo blog? i ate a cheezeburger for lunch with a beer.kick me out of this thinspo thing, i don't deserve it.lol.
i have been swimming like 30 min a day at least for the last couple of days but i doubt it will help considering the way i eat lately.

this is me right now.
163cm height.
54 kg weight.

yesterday, calories are not so far away.
yesterday i had a light breakfast(cheeze and tomato and cucumber) and a light lunch(an apple). we had a big family dinner so i keep the calories minimum through the day, than i ate like a pig at dinner.luckily, no bread just plenty of grilled fish, lots of salad and side dishes mainly vegetables and some shrimp, lots of watermelon as desert and 2 glasses of wine.
i'm not calculating how much calories that makes because right after dinner, i got them out, throw up all of it, unintentionally.probably beceuse of my new medication don't go well with alcohol.
today, watermelon and cheeze for breakfast abot 150 cal
coffee&tea instead of lunch.
4 meatballs with some youghourt for dinner. about 300 cal.
it is still early though, i feel like i can binge soon.

 last time i checked, i was 54 kg (10 days ago).
i started using some new medication a week ago so i wasn't really careful about what i eat, it is hard enough to get used to new stuff even without the calorie counts and exercise.
today i ate
cheeze and cucumber for breakfast: 50 cal
meatballs for lunch with some fried patatoes: 350 cal
meatballs with youghourt for dinner:300 cal
some fruits for snacks:100 cal
800 cal for today, i walk for 30 min and swim for 20 min in ice cold water.
not so bad.

road so far.
for about a week, i have stopped taking my anti-drinking medications. i didn't eat much but alcohol is full of sugar and i drank plenty. right now i'm 56,5 kg. i'm way behind my goals. i also need to study for my finals. tonight we made a 'mean girls' night, we watched the movie and drank a couple of drinks. but that's it. i will not drink& i will eat healty rest of the month. i need to be 54 by the end of this month.
