Literally want to di3 rn😭I am SOOOO sick. My doctor changed my meds around for my chronic migraines and my new med is making me so nauseous it's impossible to eat without throwing up. Which I guess is fine when you WANT to but I hate involuntarily doing it because I lose control and I hate feeling nauseous all day. I literally dk how I'm going to get through my first shift at my new job tomorrow and it's food service so I'm going to have to smell food all day, literally going to vom. at work I KNOW IT 😭

Fitness App Tips & Tricks
I personally like MFP(MyFitnessPal) the most because of it's multiple features when subbed to premium.
The only downsides to the app that I've found are it will give you a notification if you try to close out the day and you haven't 3aten enough. But their are ways to get around this.
Log everything!!! Even your staged f00d, and cancel out the staged meals with exercise to remove those c4lories from your daily total. It's a pain in the ass but it's efficient and will allow you to use the app without being flagged for suspicious habits/activities.
I also like that you can import recipes from websites and it will break down the nutrition information for you, BIG plus for me.
For fasting, while I do like Easy Fast, I prefer Zero, which is a paid app. I don't think it has a free version, I'm not entirely sure, I always go for paid versions when I can because I like to utilize all the features. But it's awesome and I like it a lot.
I am NOT entirely sure how I feel about my apple watch if I'm being honest, I've used both Apple and Fitbit, and I'm thinking about getting a Versa4 because my Versa2 won't hold a charge anymore. So we shall see how that pans out.
I like both watches for the reason that both platforms have a scale that you can buy that will sync with the app. Both probably more expensive than anybody likes, but I like the wls reward features of Fitbit over Apple.
Another app I REALLY like and this is only if your phone and/or computer are private, and I'm not sure if these apps are available on android, so I'm going to say this is an Apple specific bit here.
I like Diarly. It's an diary app, duh, but I like it because for one I have OCD and my handwriting is atrocious so if I mess up on something I can just backspace and delete it instead of ripping 10 pages out of a paper journal. You can write ANYTHING in this journal and it gives you confetti when you reach a certain length. Anyway, I like to write my daily intake in one entry with my stats and goals for the day. I even put my staged meals, I just put a star by the stuff I actually at3.
It's really cool, both of these apps together make my life so much easier, and takes a lot of the guesswork out of this dis0rder.

If you have rooommates, or live with family.
If you can "cook" and "eat" breakfast before anyone wakes up. I like to cook it and then just put it in a plastic bag and throw it in the trash. Nobody gets sus.
Remember the DETAILS crumbs on the plate, dirty cookware, dirty cook area, DIRTY SILVERWARE. I always forget the silverware until the last minute, and make it DIRTY, clean silverware is a dead giveaway that you didn't actually eat.
Like did you eat your scrambled eggs with your fingers? Did you butter your toast with your tongue? DETAILS are critical!!!

The smallest I've ever been was a size 6 and I always said that was because I'm "big boned" no girl it's because your FAT I need to be at least a size 2, and I WILL BE a size 2!!!

Random Rambles
So I just adopted two doggos 🎉 and I LOVE them to BITS and they don't give two shits about my cats. The cats on the other hand are still a bit upset that these dogs have invaded their space and made it smell...well like dog.
Anyway, yesterday I was holding one of my cats, and one of the dogs came in and she(the cat) LOST her shit, and bit my finger clear to the bone. I had to go to urgent care, obviously, and wound up with 2 stitches, 3 shots, and 3 take home medications.
The meds are fucking up my stomach so bad, which YAY no appetite and immediately shitting out what I do eat. But damn it's rough, and bubbly, and just anyway, I'm struggle bussing today. On another note university orientation is in like two weeks, and I am SO pumped!!!
I bravely changed my major from psychology after completing two years already, two English Literature with a focus on creative writing. It's just what I want to do with my life, I would love to be a psych doctor but I don't want or have the funds to do school for another 8 years.
