Right in front of my salad? I’ve been trying to work out more so naturally, I’m craving a bit more protein than normal. Wings and football tonight! Air fried some wings at 450F for 25 minutes. Tossed in 3 different sauces- traditional buffalo, mango habanero, and bbq! Have some home made ranch and lite blue cheese to dip in. Stepdad made some fresh guacamole and we got some delicious chips. What’s for dinner? Grilled Herb and Citrus Stuffed Branzino! As sides, I had parmesan couscous (from a box lol) and a salad made from hydroponic mixed lettuce and basil, Texas caviar, chopped tomatoes, and mozzarella. Happy New Year! To start of 2023, i wanted to measure a few baselines, so I did a 5k at White Rock Lake with miss Lois. Our time was 43:19. When I got home, I weighed myself and was 184.4. This year, I want to really work on my health and my fitness, improve my running speed and stamina, and lose some weight.
