My anti-bloat smoothie
• Half a frozen banana! bananas are rich in potassium and help prevent water retention
• Frozen blueberries and strawberries
•a few almonds or ½ a tablespoon of almond butter almonds have a bit of protein and are good for keeping you fuller, longer
•half a lemon (the juice) Reduces inflammation and is a well known diuretic
• a few chuncks of watermelon helps reduce water retention!
the watermelon can be replaced with cucumber, apples or grapefruit
