ALRIGHT! I usually don't post like this, but if anyone can please help me out. I am looking for a specific fiction that I read and really enjoyed. Thought marked it to follow the post but didn't. It is about cregan and his wife, she has been handling things in the north when someone runs away from the wall. She says she will talk to cregan, make him understand the person was being abused there. The time comes, cregan gets back from his travels and executes the runaway and tells his wife that it is not her place/she wouldn't understand northern traditions/it is not her place to interfere. This hurts her and she stops speaking to him or being around him in general. I really loved this fiction and I can't bloody find it! Please help
