hey guys 👀 … every day i get closer to the new blog. sorry i’ve been so silent, october is a busy month for me this year. the hiatus is extending because i just have been grinding away at grad school and life events. in other news, my peter fixation is stronger than ever and i’m looking forward to plotting with anyone willing to follow me to the remake 💞

i’ve thought a bit about how to manage my time recently, and how i’m not super happy on here at the moment. in stepping away from this blog for a bit i’ve decided i need to hone in on and adhere to my own rules better as i go through with a remake. basically:

1) i will unfollow if we never interact within a month. i don’t usually hardblock, but i’ll try soft blocking more unless your rules specify otherwise.

2) i will be exceptionally selective with ships — we need to talk ooc, and i’ll be less inclined to want to ship if you already ship with another peter, especially if it’s a comic-based peter. if we currently ship and you’d rather not be ‘exclusive’, then we can discuss whether it should carry over to the remake. i promise i won’t be offended if you don’t want to tie yourself to a ship with me, especially since i’ll be low activity.

3) i’ll ask up front what you want from our muses. i’m going to be creating specific verses and trying to keep this blog organized, so if you want a romance, let me know. if you want enemies, let me know! it’ll be important to me, my tags, and what peter lore will be more prevalent.

4) plotting will be necessary. i almost decided to completely pull away from tumblr and just delete. that would likely be the smarter option, actually, because of how much of a time sink this place is. but i want to be here because i love writing peter and i have fun talking with those who’ve reached out. so, i need to narrow down what i’m spending time on while here.

5) threads / asks can and will be carried over, but not all of them. i’ll be going through my drafts to see how many i can get done, how many have my motivation still, and whichever ones were purposefully plotted out. it’s unlikely i’ll keep them all, since i want to head in a more focused direction. if there’s a particular one you would like to keep, let me know.

in my own time i’ll be working on new graphics and things to remake this blog, then i’ll likely archive this one. my activity on here will be exceptionally spotty while i struggle through school and work. you can reach me in IMs if you don’t have my discord (which i’ll give out when prompted). i’ll be making a separate post some other time about who would like to stay mutuals on the revamp !
