Hey, so I struggle with my weight, a lot. I was wondering if there was anyone on here willing to give me tips on losing weight without starving myself or giving up everything I love (which is generally healthy).. I’ve gone down that round and ended up with 2 ED’s. I’ve tried almost everything, exercising, no-carb, fastings etc.If anyone’s willing to help please let me know!

I just had an amazing thought... If hawkmoth feeds off of emotions to send his akumas to create a villain... why doesn't he target mentally ill people?? 

Like as a member of that community it’d be pretty easy to target me?!? 

BUT---- also people who don’t feel the effects of mental health issues might not be used to such sadness, anger, or panic so it may be more intense. I mean if you’re not used to being so angry you’d panic about what you had just done and it would prolong the emotions from that situation.
