Me, having period cramps and being neurodivergent: is my stomach hurting because I'm hungry and either forgot to eat or ignored my needs and now my body is screaming at me to take care of it, or is it just the cramps?
Most of the time I just can't tell, so I can only eat and hope it goes away so I won't have to take a pill.
