Got this birch sap from Waitrose. You got this slightly cloudy water from the bottle(I wish the bottle has came with a straw though 😐). It has a very refreshing smell crisp, acidic, taste of tiny bit of sweetness in your mouth--almost unnoticeable. It's even lighter than coconut water.
