I need to preface that the whole “submitting your ID to verify your age” is not because of “protect the children”. It’s FULLY to control what you do, say, and see on the internet, as well as your freedom of speech, even censor queer and POC creators and allow people to datamine your personal information. Do you know how fucking easy it will be for someone to steal your information with this? No one is going to be anonymous on the internet anymore, and that is fucking terrifying.

Watching the new TAWOG season and, despite me shockingly enjoying it and certain changes they added to the show, it made me realize one change that I actually really don’t like in current shows airing.

Sometimes they prolong a joke or scene for far too long. It can be for a second or two, but it still makes the pacing seem off. It’s very obvious in shows like SpongeBob now, but I’ve been seeing it a few times in certain cartoons I watch, and frankly it’s kinda weird why they would do something like this, especially when children have such small attention spans today.
