Workout 28/200 I have the beginnings of a cold. I also just completed day 1 of a 10 day work week, but I don't want to lose progress. Hoping that lots of water plus my workouts and some time in the sauna will fight this crud before it gets worse. Tonight was a decent 50 min circuit followed by 20 minutes in the sauna. And LOTS of water!!!!

Workout 26/200 Hit BodyJam at the gym today. It's a fun mix of cardio and dance similar almost to Cize. It took a little bit to get the moves down, but it was a lot of fun once you get into it. Calorie Burn was awesome! I spent about 1,200 calories in the 60 minutes of class. Great way to get my Saturday rolling before a busy night at work! (at Axiom Fitness Parkcenter)

#NSV I fit in the ridiculously small stadium seats at the Idaho Center! The last time I was there, around seven years ago, I couldn't sit with my family during my brother's graduation. It was so embarrassing to know that I had grown that big and I spent half the ceremony in tears. Tonight as I sat down, I was praying that I would fit... And I did! Such a relief and happy moment! Not gonna lie, I teared up a little bit!

Another #NSV today! I bought this dress at the beginning of October at Target in the Summer clearance section. I think I paid $8? The fabric has no stretch, and at the time, it was super tight around my stomach apron area to the point where there was no way that I could wear it. FFWD to today and it fits! Woot woot!! I'm so stinking happy with how my body is shaping up! Just shows that consistency is key and that the scale doesn't tell the entire story!

Workout 18/200 Such an awesome workout today! My trainer introduced a new circuit and I definitely felt it after the third set! She also said that she could tell that I was committing and making the time to come in because she could see the difference in my body already. Even though the scale has been plateaued, I see the changes too. I want to use this next month to focus on my nutrition and make sure that I'm eating enough and hydrating. Carol, my trainer, thinks that might be what's keeping me from losing since I'm working so hard. So, yeah, today was great! I was shaking everywhere by the time that I got done with my workout and I finally tried out the gym's smoothie bar for a Java protein shake with a recovery and fat burn add in! It was sooooo good and definitely what I needed after that circuit! Oh, and as an #nsv, I can now touch my foot to my butt when I stretch my thighs! I used to barely be able to even grab my foot to stretch and now I can get a really nice deep stretch in! My flexibility has come such a long way, especially since I try to get in 20 minutes of good stretching after my workouts! Workout 17/200 Hit my January goal for workouts!!! Woot! Tonight was great! I upped some of my weights and I can feel my body getting stronger. Squats still aren't my favorite, but even they aren't sucking nearly as bad. My runner's knee is still giving me issues, but I'm hoping that with time and patience, it will begin to heal and feel less sore. Workout 15/200 I hate working out during peak hours at the gym. Weekends it closes at 9, instead of the usual 24hrs, which means there's more people trying to get their workouts in. Between the bros hogging weights and benches, the selfie queens using the machines for their Snapchats, and the wifi being so bogged down that it kept buffering my playlist, I was so not having it! Good rage to fuel the workout, but having to constantly skip around on my circuit list was annoying AF Gym ettiquette should be a mandatory part of membership sign up! Can't wait for tomorrow night when I can get to the gym after work when it's quiet and relatively empty! But, annoyances aside, I can tell I'm getting stronger which is great!
