I HAVE A LAPTOP AGAIN!!!!! Also windows bit-locker has essentially permanently locked me out of my old hard drive and I can't even get windows back. :'] So I basically had to start from scratch on Linux Ubuntu. Which it's actually pretty cool so far, def recommend! It's nice to use digital again, and play with Faolin's design again! Still not satisfied, both design and skill wise.

Cats are wonderful! But their faces are so hard for me to draw for some reason. So here are some studies and experiments I did today. Some silly, some bad, and some actually kinda good! (8 and 6 are my favorite -w-)

Getting back into it!

Set my work desk back up for traditional and I can now comfortably create without breaking my neck.

Found a portrait photo of this beautiful human being and decided to take a swing at a more technical peice with my new ink pens.

Unfortunately my computer's hard drive got fried: so I will be doing traditional artwork until I can afford a replacement. Hopefully an upgrade!

I recently graduated! I spent this summer just reflecting and spending time with family and friends. So, I am happy to announce my return! And can't wait to share all the stuff I have in the works ;]

Love the manga inspired art styles! The way people use only black and white in sick artwork like this is super inspiring!

Sketches and doodles

After a few revisions, this is the a 3/4 pose showing the pattern and color scheme of Faolan from the right and left. This was done because of the unsymmetrical nature of his design. I really love him! I think one more pose from the back, and a few specific highlight drawings to capture my favorite qualities should finish out his ref sheets.

After a lot of consideration, I just felt that Larimar, did not represent me anymore. So after a lot of time and Work, I feel like this boi is a proper representative of me. Introducing my new fursona, Faolan! This is being my first time drawing him, I just wanted to get the idea down. But I'll be making an true ref sheet later.

I have always struggled with muzzles, and today I felt it was time to take a step back and just play with them. And I think I actually learned a lot about what I like, and how the puzzle pieces best fit together in my mind when I draw them.
