They were both DEFEATED. Heavy eyes burdened, the cold and piercing spark of warriors so dim they barely reflected in their bright hues. What more must they shoulder. For Annie, nothing ━━ it didn't matter to her much anymore. A part of her doesn't care what happens next, doesn't mind if the entire world is crushed flat, she doesn't have much left to her ... didn't have much to begin with either. Yet, on those heavy shoulders of theirs, what comes through is a sincerity not enforced by a mission. Not just warriors in arms for a single purpose, not merely comrades for the sake of their task, for survival.

Annie has no room in her heart left for hate. All the blame, the hardships, their fragile bond ... which, in a new light, she knows was never so weak ... it's all empty to her now. Is this what it meant to be a NORMAL GIRL? No. There is melancholy in her heart that is still tormented with sin. She would never be normal, not as she was, not who she was, of all the things she has done and would do again, in a heartbeat, if it meant she could return home. A home that was no longer waiting for her.

It's funny how she looks at Reiner now. As things were ... she might not complain so much about listening to him. It was only them who could understand each other. For everything that happened. They were not warriors right now, even if it haunted them still. Reiner's words aren't fabricated, no lies he tells her, or himself, nothing to suspect or worry about anymore. Honesty, regret, care; was it only now, or had it always been this way? Annie can't quite recall.

“ Don't mention it. ” She finally breathes out. Calm, fatigued in manner, her own concerns echo within a prying, dull, gaze. “ Though, I should be saying the same to you. ” They had each others backs out there. Why had it taken them so long, she wonders, to really understand one another. How deeply she cared for them. How she had for both of them. “ So, thanks. ”

I like to say Kenny slept around in his very early days and then never again. He probably needs to bond with people for that, never really got into it, but just for the heck of it, and also he can't bond with anyone his head is so messed up, so little chance of that in the first place. Uri? Yeah he bonded for once. He also cares for his team in the MPs even though he realises that shit just before they die / and he dies. Also when it comes to women especially, doesn't want kids, the fear of that, him?? You know how he was about Levi. I like saying he doesn't go anywhere near that, which is why he's like @ annie, girly you definitely ain't mine don't even try that bs with me. He ain't bringing up kids in this shitty world and as the shitty man he is. He knows how awful he is and he ain't gonna change his ways either.

do you wanna ship these mus- yes. this is a crack ship but like consider thes- yes. it's complicated and a bit messy bu- YES. enemies but th- Yes. what if puppy crush mu- yes. preestablished relationship but they broke up awhile ago but they still both got a thing fo- yes. The way I am always down to ship characters in any type of circumstance, relationship type, as someone who isn't very romantic coded myself also, I love the 'are they, are they not' vibe and that good ol tension. For young muse(s) give me the puppy love, it's softer, always, stupid kids being stupid in love.

I am so sucky for ooc talk I need to get back on discord but my excitement is very real, very true, very I cherish making new bonds with muns and muses that is slow burn and also chaotic and also just very sweet and aarghh.
