Supplements I take and why🎀
Fish oil/omega 3: Keeps skin hydrated and minimises signs of aging (which will be worse for ppl like us) and also helps with my endo
Biotin: SO GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR OMLLLL
Iron: my ass is deficient in it that's why
Vitamin D: I don't go outside a lot... also helps w muscle cramps and spasms!
Calcium: lessened hair breakage for me. Also got told to take it for my bones since I smoke lolsies

My rules for eating ♡🧸🤍
I may eat the MINIMUM amount of food required with medication. If it's possible to take them without food, I will.
When people get suspicious or worried, I will eat something small and low in cals.
If I'm going out with friends I may only eat when we all get lunch.
If I'm wearing anything you can see my figure in, I'm not permitted to eat any meal high in volume regardless of its cal amount.
Never eat anything sloppy or messy in front of people, I'll look like a pig if I do so.
I must drink as much water as possible with any meal or snack so I don't eat more than I need.
Period cals DO count, my endometriosis can suck it up.
If I have access to my phone and am alone during a meal, I must look at as much th1n$p0 as possible so I can remind myself what I'm losing with every bite.
The 2014 Tumblr comeback is inevitable, be ready.
If I think I'm hungry but not for a sandwich or an apple, then I am not really hungry.
